Oh yeah I know - I meant the Import/Export update. In the trailer for that, they call the Special Vehicles "military-grade".

 

What I was getting at was that while Lenny's saying they've called things military before, they've never actually called stuff specifically military - just military grade.

 

But yes, they haven't specifically said military vehicles. Just military "hardware".

 

gta timeline isn't cannon to real life. What made you think this? Just curious.

It's roughly based on reality. One of the most iconic aircraft of the Vietnam War - they're not going to decide that that's a modern helicopter. At all. They even refer to the Vietnam War themselves in its description.

 

So no - the Heists update isn't strictly the latest in military hardware. I'm not sure any of it is even vaguely modern to be honest. Perhaps the Insurgent?

Nope. The Hydra's old too. The entire heist revolves around it being old enough to not be affected by an EMP.

Alright so back to speculation... I know bunkers are not confirmed but assuming they are a thing cuz the icons in the files and r* clever wording.. what would u guys like to see in the bunkers? I would like a gun room to display my guns and idk that classic bunker feel

I think the only reason R* mentioned gunruning back in March, is because they knew CS:SVC is a tiny update, and they wanted to show that there more coming in the future.

 

Yet they didn't show anything about it then, in order not to compromise CS:SVC

"High-powered military hardware" can allude to many things

Exactly, so what's with everyone running with the Hunter? Because it's so sought after and happens to fall into that category?

 

 

(while also taking into account the fact that it was a cut vehicle just like the Hydra AND there's audio of it that was said to be tinkered with not too long ago) would just be silly. Sure, it's in no way shape, fashion or form confirmed but if there was any update to finally put this vehicle out, it would be Gunrunning.

I suppose I could do the same with a lot of cut content and any type of update they'd suit then.

 

And how do you and/or we know this? Sure, R* described the update in the way they did, but we don't even know what types of armed vehicles we'll be getting out of GR. It's kind of stupid to assume we're getting it based off of a description.

 

 

We'll just have to wait and see on June 6th. All I know is I'll proudly taunt those who 100% believed it wasn't coming and won't mind if it comes my way should the other way around happen... although I never was one to confirm its release. I'm just neutral.

It's always best to be neutral. Helps with the disappointment. Either way though, I know which side I'm on and I'll be ready when the update drops and all is revealed.

Yep, we will all be happy at the end if the DLC meets our expectations.

 

If after all this pain it ends up being an small extension to the MC's, i wouldn't know how to react.

Well, I don't claim to know it's coming. I don't write cheques I can't cash.

 

I hope it's coming though, and - with the gunrunning description, along with the fact cut content has been tampered with,

, as well as how widely-requested and talked about the vehicle is - I think there's a good chance it's coming.

 

Nowhere have I said - in a serious manner anyway - that it's definitely going to come.

 

But if there's an update for it, it's this. And it's one of the only things I have interest in right now, so I'm going to continue to hope it arrives.

At this point i stopped expecting info every day to not be disappointed at the end.

 

I just like to take what we know for sure so far and discuss it, sometimes i'll wishlist but i'm mainly here to know other's opinions.

The hunter is all but just a another helicopter that'll be played with for a couple days an then that will be blown up once it hits the sky with homing rockets lol that's if it comes

 

I hope the game play is way better than i/e

 

I want new weapons more than anything new things to use while in combat not another Pegasus vehicle to add to my list of sh*t I don't use

 

I'll wait how long they want us to wait just don't screw it up rockstar !!!

 

Other than that maybe some new muscle cars no supers

I don't know about you, but just think about it..

 

Asking a friend in the same session to start running guns and sell his ICBM on a Flatbed while escorting you out the city in a full session.

 

You got to have insurance of some kind, right?
