Reverse psychology or a vicious circle?

 

YouTubers pilfer these forums for information to bolster their speculative 'news' channels, followed by people who watch these videos re-posting their views on these forums as actual fact.

Exactly, I can't stand the fact that people still think that June will have an update. Why on earth do people think that Rockstar will ever release an update in June is beyond me. May is always busy when it comes to DLCs.haha good sarcasm

With that being said, I'm betting on the 6th, but the 30th would be lovely regardless.

 

I consider the 30th likely since the qbeta got updated, because there is all that talk about qbeta updating means the next update is about 2 weeks later in general.exactly thank you

No one knows. It's still down to speculating. Whether we get it on the 30th of May or the 6th of June, I don't care. I just want it.

What's the furthest they've ever left between giving info on an update, and releasing it? I mean an actual update too - like, those little Benny's cars ones, they'f been dropped in our laps before. But has a large one been like that?

Not counting Heists, both Finance and Felony and Cunning Stunts were teased one/two months in advance. Both got further announcements within two weeks of release.

 

Import/Export was also teased with Bikers almost three months before it came out and only received more details within two weeks of its release.

 

So far though, I think Gunrunning takes the cake for the longest gap between being announced and actually being released.. even if the earliest it comes out is June 6th, it'd have been more than three months since it was teased.

 

I'm excluding Heists from this discussion because well.. they were something initially promised at Online's launch.

Thing is, he didn't put his vibe forward as though it was a fact. He put it out as though it was a vibe.

 

I'm not trying to bash you, just a bit of advice - try not to get too worked up over stuff, even if you're sure your vibe is right. It's just not worth it, and besides, everyone has their own vibe.

 

Also, youtubers are generally considered to be Satanic around here, so better not to talk of them.

 

Other than that - well, I can't say I'd complain if it dropped on the 30th. I just want to know what's in it ASAP.

Whatever I believe may 30th. for about a year they have always released an update 2 weeks after qabeta updated. Plus there is memorial day on 29th makes sense for military. There is also the different event week which implies may 26th is more gunrunning information then gunrunning release on may 30th it just makes perfect sense.
