More 70s and 80s cars, less 90s and 2000s.

they could divide them on batches...

 

some 60-70s cars like the dominator classic(eleanor), some 80-90s cars like the deluxo, jester retro(supra), dominator retro(fox body), some 2000s cars from IV like turismo, pmp, etc etc. some modern non-super cars like hyundai genesis and veloster, subaru brz and wrs sti hatchback, etc etc would help to spice things up in the car meet scene.

 

dropping batches of cars like this every couple months could make everyone happy.

Well a Jester Retro would be a 90s NSX. And the GT86 would make more sense than the BRZ (lighter, and there's no Subaru analogue in GTA unlike Toyota-Karin)

 

I've given all hope up on getting a Jester. It's a lost cause at this point I think.

 

Either they've already got it and they're going to release it soon. Or, it's just not happening.

Kinda the same at this point, with most of the stuff I'm after. For example, I'm starting to worry that the Elegy Retro was some kind of weird fluke, and despite being a popular addition, R* won't follow up with similar.

 

Bit like my worry about the Infernus/Turismo Classics - fantastic cars, to be sure, but I half-suspect that R* will just look at the popularity of those two, and instead of taking that as 'players want more cars from older GTA games', they'll just see it as 'let's extend our never-ending stream of supers and exotics to include the occasional '80s/'90s super!'.

I dunno about that. When the info's released, the update comes maybe like a week or two later.

And I remember they announced Import/Export on a Friday and I lost my sh*t because I saw the Ramp Buggy. Then they released it on the 13th, like a week and a half later.

 

BUT, tomorrow we might get a Title Update. Not because of the Tiny Races, but because of the cheaters on PC. The "Set Bounty" and Re-arrange cars options are gone until they deal with the issues.

Might just download the launcher and Social Club. We'll see.

I hope Gunrunning isn't far off then, this game needs some patches pretty bad. Where's the blue circle in my garages? Also, I saw a few Trevor's online last night wtf is that about?

2. Yes, there's a Tuna-bowl Tuesday update tomorrow, featuring the Tiny Racers adversary mode. Basically a Top Down view of a GTA Stunt Race.

3. The garage management has been removed due to a duplication exploit, and Rockstar's working on a fix.

4. If you're on PC, you've kinda answered your own question But if you're on console, then there's a some kind of "director Mode in Online Session" method. Dunno how it works though.

Yeah, it does look kind of underwhelming. I agree it should have been a regular race rather than simply keeping up with the leader. Maybe it will hopefully be an option.

Is it just me, or isn't the Shotaro completely overpowered in the Tiny Racers adversary mode?

 

Just do a zig-zag, and all your competition is gone in less than a second.

That would be cool but they would need to create some sort of camera management option in settings or something. I switch between first and third person a lot and it's already annoying having three third person cameras to cycle through. I would turn off two of them if I could. Add a top down camera to that list and certain situations would be even clumsier. I would turn off the top down camera in helis if I could, I never use it. Top down camera on foot could be fun for an adversary mode or something, but for freemode the ability to easier see around corners might make PVP a bit less fun.

When I heard they were doing an old school adversary mode I thought it would something that would pay better homage like a top down TDM on the streets of Los Santos where you win by earning the most points from kills and general chaos (blowing up cars killing peds etc).

 

A top down race on more of those wacky mario kart maps just seems underwhelming to me.

Theres still a bunch of classic cars they will be releasing...has to be...why would they stress the point that they are listening to the community just to add 2 cars which werent even the top classics people wanted...

 

Also I was thinking about the missions for these organizations...they got better with the import/export release but IDK,,,theres still more improvement there. Thats probably what im most anticipating in this update.

 

Also I know its not going to happen but how awesome would it be if the gunrunning base was the aircraft carrier...or even if they just incorporated it somehow.

Ah see I don't see any issue with them adding things that are less of an advantage to regular play. Just like they add slow cars but you can still race with them, they can add this camera view to freeroam but you may be at a disadvantage, it's a trade off for the fun of having the view.

 

I hear what you are saying though, some may want to only use that view (I imagine it would be very few people lol) and for those people it would become a balance issue.
