How much did the RPB vehicles cost originally? I can't remember.

I wonder if we will get reimbursed for owning multiple models of the same car. For example I've probably bought 10+ Dukes, Stallions, and 2-3 Blistas. Do I get refunded for all of them? Or just 1 refund per car model.

Hmm.

They can't track your previous purchases, so you will only get money for the ones you had in your garage the first time you logged in after the tunables update.

Yup made my money

$350,000 thank you very much

Nice. Even if it wasn't fixed already, doing this is not a good idea. You risk to get a very high exploit level by selling 12k "du(p)kes". Not worth it.

FYI:

Rockstar already fixed the selling of the DoD.

It now sells for $0.

Glad I managed to reach my daily limit then

Just made 180,000 on a new PC account and jumped from 1 to 14 rank, not bad at all. Feels strange after being 450 at X1...

Still not going out in public, invite only.

Not strictly dupes though... Legit obtained and sold.

Definitely took a risk though - will see next time I log in!

Well those cars are not duplicated. They are completly normal bought cars. They wont trigger the dupe detection since all of them have a diffrent license plate and they cant punish you otherwise since you are not responsible for their f*ckups.

Tread lightly, for there are dangers you not know of, in the broken ashes of this platform that was once heaven for all.

Couldn't resist. :D

So, this went off-topic for a while. I had some thoughts about "Gunrunning DLC". Anyways...

tl;dr: We need improvements in GTA:O weapon combat. I'm talking about stealth, broken Free-Aim, different (skillful) approaches for different situations, and balance in both PvP and PvE scenarios. The 'Gunrunning DLC' is an opportunity to do so.

...

As we know, free-roam is terribly broken, and unbalanced. Most free-roam battles are "David v. Goliath", aka, the dude with a Silenced Weapon, tactfully moving across the warzone, flanking his opponent with great skill and determination; and the dude with the RPG.

Other example: the guy that does his best movements to reach the end of the street only to be taken out by:

a) The Hydra

b) A guy in the well-known Kuruma

c) An entire organization in an Insurgent

Plain and simple, is stupid.

When this is not the case, and you're actually in the middle of a Special Carbine gunfight, the winner will be the one that:

- Aimed first.

- Pressed the roll button after his opponent

- Got close enough to hit someone with the gun

On first thought, this seems like skill. I would like to say otherwise.

Read the first point carefully, and picture yourself in an Assisted Aim lobby. Is not skill if you only have to press two buttons (Free-Aim is not the case, but I'm talking about it later).

Now, onto the next one. Rolling is a butt-saver, I know, I use it myself. It's an underrated technique. But it's also an overpowered one. It disables the other person's auto-aim, your reticle stays in the screen, you're a smaller target, you can change direction while doing so, and even switch weapons!

Finally, I also think that a gun punch, or execution, is a huge problem in Free-Aim. Thanks to the awkward gun mechanics, you're doomed if someone is running towards you holding a rifle, because you can't spray-and-pray your way out of it. My last Resurrection match was basically a group of four abusing this.

So here are my suggestions:

  • Fix Stealth mechanics!

Picture this: a massive group of thugs are guarding lots of [insert loot] in a building, and we are sent to rob it. There's this player who grabs his minigun, and cleans every room before grabbing the reward. But what about us, the dudes who want to make use of his silencers and sneak to our objective? It is not possible as of now, as some of you know, because we don't have the guards' sixth sense that allows them to see and hear through walls.

You see, I'm a fan of stealth games. "Then go and play a stealth game, you twat". Okay, point awarded. Still, I want more sneaky action in GTA:O. We already have two Heist setups, the Lamar mission, and the I/E source mission that contain a (scripted) stealth sequence. Although it can be improved, I like the fact that I have the choice to sneak mission.

Besides, some of us have mentioned the removal of Free-Roam blips. And I totally support that. This gives players a chance to sneak, and flank their objectives, whether it is an RPG player, or a tank. A system like the one in Deathmatch would do the trick.

  • Free Aim

The first part of this article pretty much sums my thoughts about FA. I need to clarify that I like GTA because of its inmersity, and choosing FA provides a much enjoyable experience for me. Still, it's unnecessary difficult. Just launch your game, and try to complete Blitz Play in Free Aim (don't know about PC), or GTA:O "Hard Labor" mission, or if you're feeling lucky, any sourcing mission.

You'll know what I'm talking about.

There's actually one more adversary mode to go, starting next week. If it runs for two weeks, that'll take us to May 9, which can be a potential candidate for GunRunning release.

Or on PC a bunch of David's vs Mozes. Because we all knew he used mods.

Not sure if this has been shared, but from R* Newswire;

"Returning players who previously purchased these items will be reimbursed for the purchases, simply log in and your reimbursement will be delivered to your Maze Bank account within the next week"

Just my thought exactly. They don't usually release money making opportunities this good unless there's an update coming up.

That feeling when you can blow your duke'o death and instead of paying insurance you buy a new one over it... Then face approx 2Mil$ from rockstar :D guys i love Rockstar now. Really! :D i'm so high right now! Never expected such a good handling on a muscle car. It's WAY MUCH BETTER than the kuruma. The way you spin and drift. Dayummmmmm

Wonder if I should try to make an Online version, terrorizing other players instead of NPC's?

One good deed isn't enough to counteract the abundance of bad deeds they've committed, they would only turn good if they lower the prices of the content and actually focus on fixing major bug issues instead of solely targeting money glitches.

Until they are behind you and you cant shoot back.

Armoured Kuruma is still the car to use against these NPCs
