I wouldn't be surprised if we did get an option for a spoiler on the roof, from the MOC picture we can see the Phantom has a taller roof, so it could be another possible modification.

Finally, no more gimmicky Adversh*tty Modes and Meme Races for a while, I do miss playing old missions with a full group of players other than Los Santos Connection and Trash Talk.
