Why would a radio station advert hint at a new online DLC??? it's almost like GTA wasn't ever a SP focused game and adverts weren't made to give the game depth and realism.

Exactly! See?? If they can turn a Cunning Stunts ad into a DLC, then what makes you think that they couldn't do that for mansions? Anything is possible.

Winsdor real estate ad #1 at 36:43 and the second one at 1:10:36. Could these commercials hint a possible mansion DLC?

^^^^Like i said, anything is possible and not all advertisements will have a DLC. If we can have pets in storymode then we can also have it in online in the future. Pretty much almost everything that's in this game is in a commericial; ammunations, beer bottles, cars, social media, banks, Flight schools, shark cards and etc.

Except that the Cunning Stunts Update has just about nothing to do with the Cunning Stunts Academy ad.

 

The ad has actual stunts like balancing on top of a Vulkan while fist-fighting another person, or base jumping off skyscrapers in a formation while being set on fire, or being ran over by a speeding dump truck. These sort of really extreme stunts you'd see in the movies.

 

The update is just life-sized RC cars racing on life-sized (electric) RC tracks.

In many respects I am going to be glad when this car comes out!

 

I'm getting a little tense with the waiting game because it's been a long time since I drove my favourite muscle car and it's so close but
