Really dude? I'd rather take nothing than getting a notification saying I got a dumbass pajama I'd never wear out of the other 60 pajamas.

 

Just the thought that they'd rather waste dev time on retexturing pajamas than fixing non-money glitches should make people feel irritated, not grateful. What's next, be grateful that they textured a literal piece of sh*t right by our office door?

I kinda wish that the rest of the Pegasus vehicles had vip missions with it. Just for gameplay fun.

 

Rhino Tank: find some batalion of tanks hiding in the desert doing training exercises, sneak towards them and blow up 1 remaining tank with sticky bobms while hijacking the other ones.

After that, drive them to the top of the map, fighting of buzzards and police noose teams at the beach and be ready to fight off a wave of tanks before the mission to end.

 

Hydra: Blowing up other jets(we already got this mission) Steal a couple of hydras from sandy shores airfield, first fight trough a wave of enemy lazer jets, then a wave of helicopters.

Then lose the lazer jets that will infinite spawn behind you, until you lose the wanted level.

After that both hydras need to be at a yacht somewhere at the docks, close from were you deliver cars for simeon

Once that happened they then need to protect the yacht from a wave of dingy boats and savage helicopters send by meryweather and avoid either killing the crew on the yacht and avoid anyone actually boarding the yacht.

 

Cargobob: Carrying large containers of whatever from point A to point B(same) Have 1 cargobob per 2/3 people, goal of the game is to pick up specific cars at a car show out in the open at vinewood hills on the main road.(cops blocked the streets for traffic.

After 1 cargobob picks up one vehicle and drops it off after losing a wanted level, they need to steal one vehicle that is a big and slow, like a super diamond or roosevelt, but is actually driving, unless they are capable of killing the driver first.

 

Savage: Again, just blow up more sh*t for giggles.(i find your lack of imagination disturbing). Get 2 or more savages(1 per person) from the docks at merryweather, once into the helicopter is boarded there are a few buzzards coming at you and after that 2 savages.

Once that is done destroy insurgents LAPV's that are loaded with ammo and driving all across the map.

After that, go to a meeting at the Grand Banks Steel Foundry and destroy a load of merryweather mesa's and NPC's on the ground.

 

The Annihilator: 1 aircraft per 2 a 3 players, pick up 3 - 4 NPC's up, all from several locations while fending off an never ending wave of mavericks once you got the first person, then escort those people to the finale checkpoint.

 

turetted limo: Go to vinewood hills, pick up turetted limo, go to the airport, pick up VIP NPC, bring VIP to vinewood hills while fighting off loads of enemy NPC's in ballers and kurumas.

 

Insurgent pick-up: Steal it from merryweather base, kill all the enemy meryweather NPC's coming after you in savages, buzzards and regular insurgents.

Then after losing those, go to LSAI and destroy some titans and mil jets parked there and quickly shoot down all of those before they fly away.

tbh most people (i think) just look forward to the new pegasus vehicles/weapons and clothing that might come with it.

Rockstar put up the dod tweet to create hype about it. Why else did they remove it almost immediately after posting it? I mean they talked about it coming to online a couple weeks ago in the newswire.

 

Also the blue circle in the CEO garages will come back again soon. They only removed it to "fix" a duplication glitch. Too bad people will find another way again like usual all thanks to there poor decision to not use dedicated servers. GTA online is getting a lot more updates. Why else would they "fix" another duplication glitch after 3.5 years if there not going to update anymore?

But it is a bit of a slap in the face to "accidentally" tease us with the DoD then release some f*cking pajamas. Were the pajamas even scheduled to release today? If no, makes it even more absurd that they'd randomly add that in there as a "free bonus" for messing up on Twitter

Yeah, I don't buy it that they accidentally did that.

 

Considering how strategic and calculated R* is when it comes to releases (they're a mess with some other stuff, but not releases), I can see that tweet being there to just create more hype for the release of the DoD and reel people back in.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but has R* ever had any goofs like that before? More specifically, any goofs when it comes to an Online release

Well, pretty easy. The people running the Twitter account usually work at McDonalds. After work and after they got high, they schedule the Tweets for the next week, which will be automatically posted at the set time. The guy was too high and published it instead.

 

It's just the promotion team, so I guess that's okay. The real problem is: The devs have regular jobs at McDonalds too.

Nope. Unless they unpatched money glitches it's not that important anyway.

The new glitches which require office garages and fully modded Elegy Retros are probably the best way to push Shark Card sales after the character transfer was shut down. They are pretty stupid patching them so quickly.

Filed ticket with R* Support.

That appears whenever they want you to use the new update to the Background script which hotfixed the Lowrider dupe glitch without messing with the Blue marker.
