Or it shows that the real person behind that Twitter account makes real mistakes like real people do.

You're right, accidentally telling thousands of people that DLC has been released before it was planned totally isn't incompetence. Take 2 is a huge company, why would they put someone who slips up like that in charge of one their biggest subsidiaries official twitter account?

There are multiple people in charge of running the social media accounts. Your points are invalid. If this was a regular occurence then yes, they would indeed be incompetent, but it's not. Simply a slip up. Doesn't take much to accidentally hit that post button.

 

Also, Take 2 doesn't have anything to do with this. Rockstar hires their own employees.

 

 

Take 2 is who hires the people who hires the people. So I hate to break it to ya but they do have a bit to do with it. Look, I'm not calling for anyone's job or saying it's a huge rampant problem but trivializing it is silly. I have never accidentally tweeted something because I proofread all my tweets, shouldn't a Rockstar employee be able to handle that? Again, I'm not trying to make it a bigger deal than it is but my points are very much valid.

Rhino Tank: Just drive around blow up police/military sh*t.

 

Hydra: Blowing up other jets

 

Cargobob: Carrying large containers of whatever from point A to point B

 

Savage: Again, just blow up more sh*t for giggles.

 

The Annihilator: Shooting up other choppers and crates

 

limo with the uhh.. that turrett thing on top: drive around and your partner shooting up vehicles chasing after you.

 

Insurgent with turrett: drive around and shooting on coming choppers and jets while going from Point A, all the way to Point B.

as for the hydra/savage and others - I think the gunrunning will bring new planes jets and helis with there own VIP missions (I hope so). Destroying blimps and cargoplanes with WW1-2 planes would be rly fun. Not to mention the dogfights

The intern who handles the twitter account can easily check with their manager if they're going to release a car or not, because if they did speak with their manager, they wouldn't have sent a false tweet and delete it instantly.

 

This fiasco proved that there's a weak method of communication between managers and employees in Rockstar's HQ, and that right there is a good example of incompetence. You can excuse any regular dude to make a mistake on social media, but not a multi-million dollar company, so don't trivialize this as a "so what?".

Well even today you would not have been banned.

An example: You have 1 Million $ and a modder drops 40k $ on you.

You could still buy stuff thats worth up to your original 1 Million but as soon as you spend a single dollar of the modded cash (you buy something that is 1.000.001 $) you have spend modded cash and probably will get banned.
