Plus the three new dripfeed cars got released one after another in the event weeks, so you can't really fault the players for expecting the DoD to be released today.

It could possibly be that the Dod could be released with the GunRunning DLC. The only reason I see now for the description and removal from the blacklist is to get it ready for the next DLC

Calendar is not the same, this year, with the release of RDR 2. Maybe Rockstar thinks to release DLC earlier.

 

Many events ends 17-18th April. Why not a release 18th or 25th April ?

Ugghhh im so f*ckin tired of this game now. sh*tty event weeks, sh*tty new adversay modes and sh*tty dripfeeding, It's like they're trying to lower this game to nothingness.
