Totally forgot about RDR2 for a second lol. Hopefully we hear some substantial news about that between now and Gunrunning. I almost feel like GTA Online isn't even alive right now, it's just... existing. Like the tiny remains of trash on the side of a street corner

Rumor mills are burning with the thoughts of GTA 6 won't be released until 2019. I don't know how Rockstar intends on keeping GTA 5 Online busy with DLCs until then if any of the rumors are true.

I'm gonna guess we get all the returning player vehicles tomorrow and another event week with the last line of the newswire post saying something like "Stay tuned for more info on the upcoming Gunrunning DLC".

One of the clues that the Duke O'Death is coming (whether tomorrow or later) is the fact that it was un-blacklisted.

 

Were any other cars un-blacklisted as well? Such as the Go Go Monkey Blista, or the Lost Slamvan? Anything else?

It's not clear to me what would be in the game now that could offer any explanation, other than perhaps naming conventions for unused strings.

2019 seem to early for release in my book... i say annoucement on 2018-19 and release on 2020-21.

 

they can release some dlc every 3months, with a car/adversary mode here and there to fill the gaps + seasonal/holiday stuff, that would keep the game active, the cash flowing and that would give them enough time to milk whatever they can out of rdr before switching the focus back to flagship game.

You're not going to get Call of Duty in GTA. That's what so many of you seem to think is coming, but you are forgetting that this is GTA - they're not going to turn it into a military sim, they're just gonna give you access to the toys.

 

If you want to call it a military DLC anyway, that's fine, but let's at least fully understand that the game isn't going to turn into ARMA lite.

As many as you can imagine. And that's assuming I haven't blasted you before you got one off.

 

People who don't know how to play and are overly-reliant on the homing launcher - they are just a feast of kills. It's people who switch things up who are to be watched out for. Thankfully many are too retarded and stubborn to entertain the idea of getting a kill for themselves, without assistance - which leaves them open to heli-torture when they're on their own.

 

 

 

 

I keep wondering where all of this "Military DLC" sh*t is coming from. I have seen the Icons leaked. Gun running most literally is, buying, selling, and transportation of guns. Sure, there may be various military orgs that we may encounter while doing so, I mean, who better to steal weapons from than the military? Maybe a few military style vehicles to assist in doing these jobs, BUT I really don't see this being a "military dlc"

 

The icons were iterally called "bunkers". That's a pretty big hint to be honest. Who has a bunker?

 

Then you couple it with the military hardware, the weaponized vehicles, etc. I think we'll get a lot of military toys to play with.

 

IF it's indeed a more military focused update then i hope some of the vehicles will be lone wolf friendly.

 

ofcourse they can make a second driver/pilot usefull for operating secondary weapons like the machine guns on a potential new tank or a operator of missiles on a heli when the pilot himself isn't using them. just don't make that second player a requirement to use the stuff.

For this feature, R* should take a look at the aircrafts/rotorcrafts in Arma 2. In Arma 2, the aircraft/rotorcraft spawn with all weapons available but some of the weapons such as main cannons or Guided Missiles are available to the co-pilot/gunner by default. But by enabling an option inside the aircraft/rotorcraft, it will allow the pilot to control all of the weapons of the aircraft without the need for a 2nd person to operate them, just unable to aim the weapons somewhere else than being aimed to the front.

you are the leader of 3 organizations that deal with different stuff, so there is no conflict between what your ceo org, your bikers org and what could be your new militia group.

People don't get it. Duke'o death is mentioned in Cunning stunts update that they will release it with the dlc. Also info about gunrunning includes militaries and army. It has obviously nothing to do with biker update +that would not be considered as a massive update.

Has anyone forgotten the fact that the **release date(s)** for the Returning Player Bonuses and the DoD have yet to be officially confirmed by Rockstar? Nobody knows what we're getting tomorrow, if anything at all. Hell, they haven't even officially confirmed the fact that we're getting the RPB vehicles even though they've been found in the files. All we do know is that the content will arrive eventually. I hope that when the RPB vehicles get released to everyone that the DoD will be available on the same day since many people are returning players who already own all RPB vehicles.

 

I just hope that there's more new classic rides coming before Gunrunning. Another mini-DLC would be great.
