Well, I'm still not buying either the Infernus classic or the Turismo classic - bugs or no bugs.

 

They should just stop stalling stuff. Fix the rest of the game while they're at it too.

Both those cars are pretty average, you wont miss anything, they are on my disposable list along with the gp1. The only point of this update is the DOD and it's free *logic*

It literally is. They added it's description to this update, took it off the blacklist and made it storable IN THIS UPDATE.

Provisions for a later update. They did the same thing with the Marshall and other returning player vehicles.

 

What I am saying is that the DOD is NOT a part of Special Vehicle Circuit, like the Ruston, Infernus and Turismo are. When it comes, it will be packaged with another update of some sort.

 

I guess we will see next Tuesday.

 

 

See, we have gotten everything in that list aside from the DoD and the Top Down adversary mode. Seems to me that it is most certainly in this strand of drip feed vehicles.

I got my gunrunning dlc covered.

Keen, that glitch sucked. I couldn't force myself to do it. Lucky I was able to fix my elegys.How did it suck? I was making 550K every 4 minutes.R* can suck it, I have 30 mil in actual bank and well over 100 retros across both characters so gunrunning covered

No. The update contains the three cars we've already seen and the DoD/RPB for everyone, plus two adversary modes and probably one AM in May as a little filler between 1.38/1.39 and 1.40.

Indeed they are. Typically they also wear a bucket and one of those typical tryhard facepaints. They're the scum of the game.

Yeah, they need new writer's for GTAO. member Heists, or when missions had cut scenes? When you make $500 million+ off GTAO, is it really so much to expect some basic effort towards things like cut scenes, voice acting (LJT anyone?), new music?

You aren't thinking like a business man. No successful business takes previous profits to improve a product just for the hell of it. Future investments are made to increase future revenue. Since they are making money hand over fist with current DLC's, that do not require hiring voice over actors and paying them, there is no reason to do it. Ergo, not likely to happen.

That goes both ways. If they keep cutting corners the paying customer will notice and eventually take their business elsewhere. You can only arrogantly piss in the face of the customers for so long before you start to lose money.

This would be true if a large portion of the fan base considered the current DLC's to be "pissing in their face." Not sure that is true based on their popularity. You are making same mistake many on here do-projecting your feelings onto he whole fan base.

And I'm sitting here wondering why the coming event weeks aren't starting on Tuesdays anymore and they seem to start on Thursday starting tomorrow. Could be a one time thing. I am always excited to see what discounts and 2x payouts will happen. after all.

Look at the last sentence which talks about the classic cars to come then says "including one morbid muscle car". This is hyphenated but in the same sentence. Pretty clear really.

I know it's coming. I'm saying it's not part of the GP1/Ruston/Infernus/Turismo set. It's part of a different event.

Anybody checked if the cop outfits are obtainable again?

Smh. It's been said a million times, the glitches still work perfectly fine, but r has blacklisted all clothing components of the cop outfit. Why would they suddenly decide to take them off the blacklist again?

 

They won't just "decide", they're known for ruining something while trying to fix something else, remember the character swap glitch? it was patched and then brought back again by accident way back in october, what i'm thinking is Rockstar should stop this "fun police policy" and let us buy anything that our characters can wear during missions or AM, this whole clothes blacklisting is silly.

 

(I'm not an expert but i really think that checkboard outfit is just a missing texture of certain items or clothing or am i wrong?)

im sure they patch clothing glitches to prevent other glitches, like i dont know... full invisible outfits that plagued online til a few months ago.

 

 

OK! So what are all the changes they did to this update? Whwt are all the patches, all the bug fixes, all the EVERYTHING included from this pint-sized update? Cause there are no patch notes, people.

apart from fixes, im sure it laid down some groundwork for the next update.

@Maddened_Ghost Checkerboard outfits are components that are on the opposite gender. So like, a top on a female character that can't be obtained on male. They're transferred to the male, and boom you get a checkerboard style on the male top.. (At least, that's what I've read. I could be completely wrong.)

They fixed some duping glitches and a director to online glitch too.

Thread derailing from the usual suspects fighting each other, madness!

 

So I'm thinking there's a good chance gunrunning can implement parachuting (sorely underutilized but fun IMO) for either missions or the actual running of guns.

 

Would make sense with the potential new aircraft. Maybe paraglide suits?? (I know, long shot wishing but definitely doable with the current game setup).
