So i tried to make sense, but failed ... is the DOD coming today or nah?

NO. Don't expect it for a while.

 

DoD is not included in this group of cars. Don't know where everyone is getting that idea. Rockstar has only teased it anyway.. expect something a little more concrete prior to its release.

 

 

rockstar added a description, a price, removed it from the blacklist and added a tunable to enable it in online.

i think R* is gonna add it for sure.

 

PS: the Duke o Death was not included in the car pack from this update, because it is already in the game

Oh I am very sure it's coming soon, just not in the next 3 weeks. I would think it would come with Gun Running, as that makes the most sense, but if that's the case, they tipped their hand pretty early for that... unless Gun Running is coming sooner than people are speculating.

Why would they take the dod off the blacklist, create an unlock tunable, create a site for online warstock with this update, when it's coming with the next? I'm 99.9% sure that it'll drop before gunrunning.

edit: does anyone know if user created SV races are also 2x$nRP? or only the R* ones?

I personally like the idea of track day specials like this car, but imo they would have been better off adding a Caterham or KTM.
