Thats what I was thinking... not much else they could relate to. but im guessing December will just be the festive dlc as usual

As usual? December of '15 we received E&OC and last December we received I/E. December has never been "just" a festive surprise month.

I wouldn't consider the Infernus Classic a 'classic car'. It's a Diablo, it was made into the bloody 21st century! It has antilock brakes, airbags, a computer electric management system. It's a fully modern car.

I get it's a 'classic' in the sense it's from a classic game. But it certainly isn't a classic car. Old, but not classic.

to me it always looked just like that Ammunation in Paleto Bay

 

 

and that gave me an idea - maybe bunkers are underground each ammunition? Cuz you know - we now have custom shops inside clubhouses and garages

Why not own our own ammunation with gunrunning?

 

Fits perfectly if you ask me. You steal guns and ammo, you bring it back to the shop.

Not to mention that every one of those have a little office in the back.

 

buuuut knowing R* those bunkers will be just old storage buildings with underground garages (similar to i/e).

btw - R* likes to improve on old ideas so Im hoping the gunrunning dlc will be a mix of everything we got so far. Hopefully it will feel more like a set of new missions rather then grindy delivery of crates

Age doesn't necessarily have anything to do with it. Something 5 years old can be considered "classic". Hell, something brand NEW can be considered "classic".

 

The word you are looking for is "antique".

I was just about to post the same thing. With wikipedia definition the Diablo would be called a "modern classic" at most. And I'm sure no one calls a five year old car a "classic" no matter how special or limited production car it is.

You guys are taking the wrong aproach.

You are trying to argue with REASON against Rockstar, not realizing that R* creates their own REASON within their own reality, they define what is true and what is not, and they tend to remind you of that frequently.

The sooner you start to accept that, the less disappointed you will get.

If having gadgets like abs and airbags prevents cars labeled as classics,cars of today will never be considered as classics in the future.

 

FYI: Only late model diablos had abs and airbags

Dunno if im reading too much into it but seeing that they lifted a ton of requirement for vehicles, essentially making them available for everyone from the get go ( even vehicles obtained from transferring ) kinda implies that this year could very well be the last in term of new content once we got the Gunrunning DLC and what not planned for 2017.

 

Reminds me of the last MGO2 moments when they unlocked every items for free for everyone couple weeks before shutting the game down completely.

 

 

Of course R* wont shut GTAO down nor make all the stuff available for free ( its R* after all ) but this looks like the beginning of the end in term of active support to me.

 

 

Hopefully im wrong as there are still alot of things i want to see added to this game.

The items were level uncapped in order to allow new players to obtain the vehicles by purchasing shark cards, or maybe even to encourage them to purchase Shark Cards.

As this Update did not have many items you can buy go with it, they needed something else to drive revenue, so they kind of used old content(Heist Vehicles and tanks) and encouraged players to buy it.
