I wouldn't be surprised if we did get an option for a spoiler on the roof, from the MOC picture we can see the Phantom has a taller roof, so it could be another possible modification.

Yan said there 2 "dukes" in descriptions. Didn't confirm.

foxy posted 2 descriptions of the dukes, for obvious reasons we got to the conclusion the dod may come with the update...

No DoD (on the websites anyway)

 

Maybe it's just added for all players (i.e., those who didn't previously have it) in single-player, because R* just flipped the switch on all that content in one go - ?
