I wouldn't be surprised if we did get an option for a spoiler on the roof, from the MOC picture we can see the Phantom has a taller roof, so it could be another possible modification.

We never got any new content in 2017, people waited all night until morning on tuesday and the update never came, R* HQ just vanished from the face of the earth that day...

Nope. They kept putting them out until 2021. The vehicles got even more and more expensive. In fact, they released the GTA Classics Pack in 2019. Guess how much the Vapid Uranus is? 12 million.

I think it takes certain elements of the X-Bow, I'm sure there's a bumper mod for it. Looks mainly like the Vuhl 05 though, a tiny bit of the Lotus 2-eleven too.
