So what is able to be read from the tunables anyway? I mean new cars will be still included in the next update so we will know about them from the day the update is on our drives anyway. But we won't know the event weeks and such?

At least you recognise it is, I'm all for free speech as a journalist it would be awkward not to have - but if I posted the same articles I write on football matches in the cricket section people would get annoyed. you've clearly hopped on the bandwagon, that's why you're defending posting it all the time, everywhere. I guess now I can hype up what I want all the time, and get disappointed more regularly when it just turns out to be adversary modes we're being drip-fed.

Inclined to think we won't be so shocked when we do get through, I've been following the Tunables.JSON notification blog to find out about the changes while at work so it's a bit of a shame - breaks up my workload!

Well it is used to read what's included with the new event in a faster way, rather than waiting for R* to announce it.

But it also used to check if they have made some changes to hotfix something and they might do mistakes like how they have disabled the cap for the Daily Limit.

This isn't actually a huge problem since everything included in the tunables affects your game so regular players would notice a new discount or something like how you can sell more cars just to figure out that the Daily limit is turned off.

We just use it as a faster way to understand what actually has changed rather than have Player 1 says the cap for the Daily Limit has been turned off and then comes Player 2 who is still stuck with the old tunables and says Player 1 is wrong but then arrives Player 3 and confirms what Player 1 said, but Player 4 show up and says the snow is back because he like to spread BS until we receive lots of reports to confirm that the Daily limit is turned off.

TL;DR Tunables isn't a problem for people who play daily since they would notice something changed, it is a problem for lazy players like me who would like to know what exactly has been changed without playing the game.

H.H seems to be able to function as things are anyhow!

 

It's Niche, a large collection of varied Niche's are not all going to receive the phenominal amount of attention some seem to try and collect. However, I've already said I understand the idea.

I'd argue that since every single post Hunter makes, in one way or another, wishlists for the Hunter to be added, is off-topic, you're just as much at fault as he is. There are specific threads, and even one specifically dedicated to petitioning for it to return, a thread Hunter himself made. Turning every single other thread he posts in into a wishlist for it is ridiculous, and it's going too far again. It was alright for a while after he was warned several times and even temp banned for it, but now he's fallen back into old habits about making every single post reference it. You can call it "speculating" but you know it's really just wishlisting and whining for it, at this point. When there is even a scrap of evidence that the Hunter might be added to Online, then talk about it, but until then it's very likely it won't be added, so please stop filling this (and every other) thread with talk about it.

I'm not being hypocritical, I agree that the wishlisting belongs in the wishlisting thread. The big difference between cars and the Hunter is, people don't whine about the exact same car over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over, they don't revolve their whole gaming world around this one vehicle, they don't constantly reference it in everything they do, they don't turn every thread into a wishlist for that one car. Sure, the off-topic wishlisting for vehicles is out of place in this thread, but at the very least, there is diversity in what people want. All Hunter goes on about is that one helicopter, and as it has been stated before, that gets really stale, very fast.

 

But. this is also off-topic, and really just a waste of time since neither you, nor Hunter will tone down your wishlisting or whining for the heli to be added. Might as well end it here.

Maybe they will finally let us buy a Stilt House in Paleto Bay. I mean, with the stilt houses in Vinewood Hills, its long curving roads, but with Paleto Bay, its a smooth straight road, with a AmmuNation, Clothes Store, Mod Shop, Barber, Tattoo Parlor, as well as a place for your Pegasus Vehicles (with the exception of fixed wing air craft, but its a lot easier to get from Paleto Bay to McKenzie Field, the nearest airfield, than it is to get to LSIA from even the closest Safehouse in LS). You also get a nice view of the open sky, not disturbed by sky scrapers.

I mean, I know the MC Clubhouses let you store 10 vehicles, but those are bikes only.

Also, some mods have the multiplayer script disabled for the new vehicles, so they won't disappear when you spawn them in

ugh, just about 15 houres to go...probably more for me, since i am at work tomorrow when it gets released, but when i get back home i will finally have all personal vehicle spots filled because of the official release of the specter.

 

This has been one great project....after that is done it is time to get back to at least to 10 mil and then further complain about the lack of garage space

Unless the specter handles batsh*t insane or is slow when its released i doubt i am not gonna like it, totally gonna make a flashy gran turismo out of it.
