Really bizarre thing is happening, first I got my call from the assistant telling me there's new options available then I got every single Lamar mission phone call, one after another (interspersed by Malc telling me about the laptop in the clubhouse).

I'm being inundated by calls like it's GTA IV.

all vehicle warehouses are 40 cars and the cheapest one is 1.5m there's like 12 of them to pick from, all in LS, pretty much around the standalone 10 car garages.

the executive garages have 4 "Interior" choices (1.150; 1.435; 1.650; 1.565) then 9 "Lighting" choices (81.5k-150k +1 free option) and 9 "Signage" choices (you know the 1B from the newswire post? that's signage) from 62.5k-250k +1 free option. the "Custom Auto Shop" has 20 choices for design and yes you have to pick lighting/signage/interior for EACH floor of the garage.

 

How do we buy it?

Go to your assistant, she'll start talking about the new vehicle cargo, it will then also open up an option under the dynasty executive website. Click on your office and it slides out a new teardrop for garages.
