I mean, we're still breaking windows instead of lockpicking them. Online character reuses Michael's shooting and carjacking animations AFAIK. We could use Franklin's or Trevor's for fun or function.

I was hoping that the "high-reward vehicle based ventures" would be a way to introduce new vehicles into the game. For example you play a mission where the job was to steal a brand new classic car from a moving vehicle or have the car locked in a very guarded area. This way we get new cars in this update as well as new missions and high reward payouts... Win, Win, Win.

Yes, I know. One or two cars won't hurt anyone. Instead of stealing and selling crates we will be stealing vehicles (which our new mechanic could get involved in). I mean selling bikes are not really that "high-rewarding" when you think about it, but at the end of the day this is GTA Online and I could be most definitely wrong.

What i miss in this game is more bikes with KERS.

 

We have the lectro but it isn't realy that good when KERS isn't used and the vindicator is just not my style.

 

I wish that the custom mechanic Will have a KERS option for the new (sport) bike(s) or atleast existing bikes.

 

The KERS is just yet another feature rockstar has ignored for unkown reasons. Shame because it would being in lot's of cash when they make it a custom option at the new mechanic/Benny. Make it expensive asf (400K plus the actuall upgrade). Would love that imo. NRG400 with KERS =sex On wheels!

Don't know if you've been under a rock but people still got the low riders 2 cars after they were blacklisted....

Edit: The Osiris definietly has the laferrari front end. The 811 has the back end of some obsure supercar, I can't remember what it was called. Someone will likely post it soon. It isn't a Regera, it doesn't resemble it at all to me.

First of all, Osiris is only based on the LaFerrari from the FRONT and the Pagani Huayra for the rest of it..... the 811 is mainly based on the Porsche 918 Spyder/911 and the Regera from the BACK..... so learn your cars, man. Edited September 25, 2016 by Carter4point8

You seem to be completely missing the point.

 

Rockstar is waiting to put any holiday vehicles in the game too early, because they want to minimize the amount of time that they are leaked. They know people can easily get any cars hidden in the files by spawning them in SP using mods.

 

They don't want the Newswire, and social media getting spammed with people asking about unreleased cars, and why PC has them already.

Im thinking they will simply permanently introduce the franky and lurcher for halloween this year. Problem solved and biker update can come asap. The original date was the 20th, so r* obviously wasnt concerned about holiday dlc originally. I doubt the delay had anything to do with holiday dlc imo.

Hey guys, I've been lurking on this thread for quite a while now (probably a couple of months) and only now decided to make an account to bring your attention to some details.

 

So, we are all hyped for the Bikers DLC, but no one, as far as I've seen, has really paid attention to this one sentence in the Newswire article for the announcement. It's the sentence that's below the screenshot with NPCs cooking meth:

 

"Seize vertically integrated growth opportunities across a range of sectors with Businesses."

 

In my opinion, these are actually two really important details. The way I see it, here's how this system will work: at first we buy a Clubhouse, and then after that we will be able to purchase Businesses. Sounds familiar, doesn't it? Much like you have to buy an office before purchasing a warehouse. This will be the same system, in my opinion.

 

What we see in the second screenshot with NPCs cooking meth isn't the clubhouse itself, it's one of the businesses. That raises a question, what businesses in particular will we be able to buy? Well, so far we know for a fact that it will be a range of sectors, which means that there will be a variety of different areas of businesses that we could engage in. I believe the Businesses system will be really similar to how you could buy businesses in singleplayer as Franklin, Michael or Trevor.

 

No matter how cheesy it may sound, but this actually may support the claim that Bahamas Mamas might be coming out. In fact, I believe it will come out alongside with Tequi-la-la and that comedy club, all as different businesses that we could buy in this DLC. The fact that we got the Bahamas Mamas shirt a while ago might be a coincidence, but who knows?

Speaking of that, when the Bahamas Mamas shirt came out and everyone was freaking out, one guy mentioned that the Bahamas Mamas shirt is actually a part of locked special t-shirts that sometimes get unlocked by Rockstar, like that Meltdown shirt we also had a while ago. They also mentioned that there is a locked Maisonette 9 shirt. Funny enough, yesterday I somehow managed to get the Maisonette 9 logo on my outfit, so if anyone is wondering how that shirt will look like, here's a link to my steam screenshot:

I think that's somewhat of a far fetch, but i think it's possible. That'd be very interesting, if the biker update is on scale with faff. It would make the game so interesting being able to have businesses with interiors.

 

The bahama mamas one though I don't know. Would that really fit with bikers?

Well, technically speaking, the Bikers DLC is already on scale with FAFF.

 

FAFF:

1. Buy offices to purchase Warehouses.

2. Crate missions.

3. New vehicles.

4. CEO abilities.

 

Confirmed features in Bikers:

1. Buy Clubhouses to purchase Businesses.

2. High-risk, high-level vehicle-based missions.

3. New vehicles.

4. Biker gang abilities (from fresh prospects to MC presidents)

 

And this is only the stuff we know, and this is just off of the top of my head, I'm sure I've missed other stuff mentioned in the Newswire article too. The Bikers DLC is much larger than FAFF.

The Bikers DLC will probably be a DLC that combines elements from TLAD and TBOGT to implement the businesses feature used in singleplayer. That's the way I see it.

 

Also, does anyone have a link to Soulsecrets' post? I've got some things I'd like to point out about it.
