Saying last day to gear up for Import/export means the dlc will be there tomorrow.

I'm not the only who read this and thought it implied that we'd get more info before it drops? On the assumption IT IS dropping tomorrow, has rockstar reverted back to their old ways of saying they'll do something and not actually do it.
