Because the update is 99% confirmed to drop tomorrow.

And rockstar mentioned when they first posted about the update that they'd post more info about it at a later date, so it can only be today.

R* say certain things for a reason, if that was the case they would have never mentioned export/import.

They also wouldn't have had the sale last only 5 days. That was the biggest giveaway to me at least.
