One thing that really bothers me: sounds like the only new PV garages are the swanky office showrooms:

...yeah, not really happy about that. Still don't own an office, because I'd much rather something where I'm running the operation at street level. Would be really nice if there's the option to just buy a custom auto shop and work from that, rather than the whole thing just being an extension of CEO work, but that doesn't look likely - and that's not ideal, IMO, because it forces everyone to become some corporate kingpin, rather than the sort of low-key enterprise that preys on big money fat cat types like that.

Maybe I'm wrong, though - hopefully I'm wrong...

Yeah - it's 99.999999999999999999% likely that it's exactly what it looks like. Ah, well...

Eh, maybe there'll be something like a 'personal tuning shop' or similar in a future update, or 'street racing hangout' or ...something equivalent to an MC clubhouse, but car-orientated.

Probably best to just look for the silver linings with this one - fingers crossed that the rumoured Benny's stuff like that R34 analogue bear fruit...

According to the leaker this business runs from the CEO office, so @Commander S, better buy an office now (50% off) just in case. It has other advantages, so is a good investment anyway.

R34 sounds nice but they probably made it ugly like the Elegy RH8.

 

 

the elegy is as ugly as the car is based on, so i think R* did a good job capturing the uglyness. now a R34 they cant mess that one.

 

 

Well, can't wait to see what GTA VI would look like if Rockstar decides to add stuff like this to their game.

they are in a "go big or go home, type of attitude right now, its OK for gtao because, its an old game already, they are trying to keep it relevant and over the top, BUT this may set a precedent... its gonna be really interesting to see how we transition from V to VI, how much of the current system would stick.

Explain to me how they will redeem a f*cking parachute car. How will they make that NOT be childish bullsh*t? It is. It's stupid. I will complain because there is no possible scenario where that doesn't make this game instantly be ruined.

 

I was excited for this. Even spent the time in the editor making a f*cking joke snapmatic. f*ck that. All hype gone.

if you take a few steps back and look gtao from the distance, you would see that for a long time now, gtao have been full of childish bullsh*t, i mean in what part of the world you see people driving supercars with flashy colors and dollar rims, the owner is wearing flipflops, short shorts and animal masks... its all childish stuff.

 

its a game, this is ment to be fun, dont get why some are getting so worked up.

Problem is he's saying there will only be 2 Legendary Motorsport cars yet on the first screen there is three, the new reaper, the jag and one that looks very much like a BlackFin but different slightly

not sure if mentioned already in this thread today but didn't someone mention earlier this year that there's an item in the game that is over 20 million and because of that people started to guess that maybe it must be a mansion? Well this R* employee just said that was the price they originally planned for the Yacht. The Yacht was suppose to start at $27m! Crazy..

I might be the only one, but I actually don't mind this update. Let me clarify. It is the same old Cargo-style missions with a twist. While that statement might have some negative connotations, I see it as a positive. We are able to import and export unique cars, which is always a plus. That's not the issue at hand, though, "Special Vehicles" are.

The reason I'm not mad is because I don't see these amphibious vehicles disrupting the flow of the current online, as most of the people that go to the shore anyway (mostly CEOs capturing cargo and VIPs on their yachts) are either armed to the teeth or in passive.

The airborne vehicles don't seem to be that dangerous, just wacky. If a Hind can be taken out in 4 shots from a heavy revolver, I'd imagine this car has atrocious armor for a 5m dollar machine. That's just my two cents. Maybe it isn't just viewed as a practical repost from another user.
