tbh I wouldn't get to excited over character models, plastic surgery and long hair. Judging from past updates. r* don't seem to go all out on things of this nature and plus if this leaker guy is correct r* seriously doesn't like messing with hair and old code.

I don't get why people are complaining about potential amphibious vehicles. These exist in real life, they're not a major deal if designed non-ridiculously, it's something with a GTA precedent (the hovercraft from San Andreas - not to mention the Dodo seaplane)... what's the big deal?

 

I understand that the flying Ruiner sounds crazy but nothing else in this leak/rumor troubles me at all. It's not that far out on a limb from what we've already got or from real-world vehicles. Or to put it another way:

The big deal is that it'll be fitted with machine guns, and not only this amphibious ATV, but also a Technical that resembles Top Gear's Toyboata.

Honestly I think it'll be a lot less bad than *certain* people here are talking about it, as mach said all the special vehicles will pretty much be easy targets still, and even the KITT won't be doing that much damage. I'm actually starting to like the idea, and a f*cking R34? that's amazing and it is something the community has asked for for a long time.

Hopefully they'll not mess up the car design and it'll all be good, and we haven't even had info on the other cars as you said, which could also be amazing.

Oh and the garage is amazing.

Anyway, Rockstar will ''soon'' confirm the Special Vehicles, so we'll see if this leak was real or not, but I can believe it by now.

 

So yeah, I don't get why some people are so pissed.

Look like we're getting a map update? I searched the whole map and this is the only location where garage from newswire screenshot seems to be. Could they finally finish building Mile HIgh Club?

No, it's not. 1A, 1B, 1C - the floors. Building is Maze Bank. Reflections are nothing - remember all speculations about reflection in the first picture from CEO Update.

 

Im not an artist but anyway:

 

Blue - Our garage

Red - Tower Crane

Green Arrow - Showing R* snap angle and directory. If you remember, we have the sun shining brightly in opposite way from Maze Bank Tower's view. (opposite direction from Green Arrow). People from Arcadius Center know about it.

 

Also: Garages are purchasable from our current offices. Dont expect smth new.

As much as I agree that things should calm down a little, eyman is right. The information is more than likely what we're getting in the update.

Because so few people asked for any of this. The long hair is good if it's real, that will keep the girls (and guys who use girl characters) happy, and I'm pleased for them in that way.

 

But vehicle-wise? It's a tough sell telling people this is the stuff they asked for, and I haven't seen a single thread or anything to back up the idea that people did.

After reading all of this... Guys is legit AF lol. Love it, finally someone from R* interacting with the community and giving honest answers about why sh*t doesnt get fixed. Answers that also make sense from a business and a programming perspective. About the DLC I dont get why people are getting so damn salty, I love it and have seen people ask for all this sh*t except the Voltic, but thats gonna be so much fun too. But after I've been desperately asking for other vehicles (along with plenty of other people), you can't blame me for wondering why they couldn't have given just one of those, and instead chose all this stuff no one asked for.

 

Especially with the car guys all getting their 60-car garage to keep them happy - I mean, come on. They can get that, but there couldn't be one aircraft? What is that about?

In all honest there is nothing we can do about it now. It's planned and created and 100% coming whether you like it or not. there is still some good things such as

Car related business
Customization for Garages
60 car garage space
2 - Luxury cars + Benny cars (R34 skyline as well as 7 other unknown vehicles)

I mean those special vehicles are optional, they maybe be bad but at least you are not forced to buy them plus they are $5.7m on purpose so that not everyone can afford them.

I would like to get back to speculating now.
