Hi-larious. No, fact is I'm not even upset - I just enjoy directing sarcasm at those who are a little too full of themselves with nothing to back it up. I'll never understand why people make these highly specific predictions and then say dumb stuff like "Mark my words!" or "You heard it here first!" Then of course 99% of them are completely wrong and never say a word about it. It's very silly. Reminds me of sports writers who predict final scores of games down to the exact points, and are wrong basically every single time... but at least those guys get paid to do that, and are usually less obnoxious about it. Buncha Nostradumbasses around here, I tell ya.

On the 2nd of June R* put out the trailer for Finance and Felony. They did the criminal expansion weekend starting Friday June 3rd to Monday, June 6th. The finance and felony update released on the 7th.

 

For Cunning stunts, R* showed the trailer on thursday July 7th. The cunning stunts update was released July 12th.

 

For Bikers, R* had a bonus weeken starting Friday September 30th to Monday October 3rd. The update and trailer came out on October 4th.

 

Each one was slightly different. This current event week started yesterday Tuesday, November 29th and ends Wednesday, December 6th. So one of the other 3 things could possibly happen for it to release or something different. Could be a trailer Thursday, Friday, or Tuesday on the day of the potential update or they do something different. We will have to see next Thursday what they will really do. They might even announce something before next thursday.

They have done event weeks where double money was given for contact missions, us old timers were able to take advantage of the old grinds for great pay.

Depends for me. If the cars are really good then I wouldn't mind one a week. But if they suck then meh. I don't want to wait a week for some ugly thing I don't care about and being forced with wait another for something I actually like.

 

The worst thing though, Rockstar often saves the best for last. So the best car will likely be last.

I highly doubt you have the ability to know exactly when Rockstar North will release the next update. A lot of people here do not like deceptive or wild claims without provided evidence of credibility.

I just have a good feeling that when we see the official announcement and trailer, we will be so excited because it will be nothing like we thought. As always. Obviously there will be some B&M but that comes free of charge.

 

I don't know when they will annouce it but they sure as hell like to keep you guessing. Most of the time we knew what the content was before we knew the announcement date. I'll be waiting unpatiently.
