Next DLC Speculation Thread (Part 2)

The thing I hate about this thread is when people start talking like certain things have been confirmed to be coming to the game, and I have to read back pages and pages and pages to find where that particular strand of the conversation started, only to find out it was just someone saying "You know what would be cool".

 

I wish there was an "adults only" section of this forum where we could actually have a real speculation thread that gets routinely pruned of any baseless assumptions, wish lists, or random out-of-nowhere ideas of what is supposedly coming to the game.

 

I guess the other thing I hate about this thread is when someone speculates on future content, content that has zero evidence of its existence or of plans for its creation, and then once we find out that this content never WILL exist, people get angry at Rockstar for not creating it, even though it was just some random forum poster's idea and nothing more.

Take it to the b&m thread. If you dont have something constructive to add then dont waste your time or our time with your negativity. If you want pure factual posts go to the R* newswire. SMH

 

But it's kinda true. You often see people talking about things as if they are confirmed, even though they are... well, just speculation. And those are also the people Who later complain that "promised" features didn't make an appearance or that the DLC didn't fullfil their expectations

Ppl will complain no matter what happens. It boils down to being an optomist or a pessimist. If ppl come into a "speculation" thread wanting stone cold facts, they're in the wrong thread. Sometimes the only thing that seperates speculation from wishlisting is the probability factor.

How do you get pegasus vehicles for free in the CEO office?? It costs thousands... or is there a sale at the moment? I didn't play CEO stuff for a while.

 

I have the Buzzard for free because I bought it from Warstock Cache & Carry.

It depends on if you have bought the vehicle in-game before. I can still get the XLS for free as a CEO, even though I sold mine.

Yall can wish for more low key, "normal" cars all you want... we all know that Mr. SHARKCARD will dictate even the Omnis' of the new update will cost us about a million. "Normal" cars wouldn't sell nearly as many cards, so you best be expecting at least a couple 2+ mil supers. I'll buy all the cars, so the more the merrier

I'm happy with whatever they'll throw at us... I'll sift through all, get what I like, discard what I don't like... As long as DLC keep arriving at a regular base, I'm satisfied... Can't have enough cars/bikes in the game... My main wish for end of the year is to have a nice Apache attack chopper... Something with the agility and speed of the Volatus (not the landing gear though, hehe), combined with the Savage's firepower (however with increased firing distance for the gatlin) and the Insurgents armor... Finally being able to go head to head with a hydra in the desert, would be nice... Perhaps some rocket countermeasures too?

 

Damn I'm getting all helisexual again... :-)

Im thinking the new stuff will go for 500k-3Mill. If we received the Hipster update now, i bet the price for a Blade would be 650k.

Why do people even use Pegasus vehicles?

If I need a Buzzard, I usually get it for free from the CEO vehicle menu. And that's the only actual vehicle I use from Pegasus.

Like, I have every Pegasus vehicle, but I use only one of 'em - which I don't even use from the Pegasus services, because I hate how they spawn it too far away, or it disappears when getting near it.

Why not? It's fun. A phantom or a barracks semi delivered to the pegasus spawn points for 200 is still better than searching the map at the usual spots. The good thing nobody has to buy or use them.

It would be very cool to make Yusuf Amir return in GTA Online with this particular DLC, most if his missions in TBOGT were about stealing high-end vehicles...

Not to mention that this might mean the return of the APC and (maybe mission-locked like in SP) the Skylift, and R* could take advantage of this to sell more "shark card vehicles" (gold Buzzard and super drop diamond).

Yeah i saw that b4. But the ingame cheetah is based off a Ferrari Enzo primarily, and it was made 2002-2004. The other cheetah looks like a Ferrari Testerossa circa 1984-1996. Thats R* logic for ya.

Yes, I was waiting for some to bring this up. The description is...

I used to love that counthash back in the day personally gta V needs a classic update so many gems rockstar could bring back.
