Did he tell you about RDR2 & GTAV crossplay? You can fly a plane to Texas and play online. Totally legit.

 

Yeah, he's going to send me an offical Trevor Phillips costume so we can go play GTAV with the R* devs and stuff, they are going to show us and let us play the next SP DLC too!

The SP DLC thing here has me more interested in Soft Secret's thing. I don't have any shame in having thought soft's thing could possibly be real (I mean, worst thing that could happen is me being wrong), but this looks much more realistic than that.

 

What kind of things were going to be in the SP DLC? Any vehicles or anything we know of?

Knowing R*, all the vehicles which haven't been added to the single player but are in the online mode

 

Interesting...still...stop talking about softsecrets like it means anything.

It's Rockstar. They love having immersion and realistic feel to their games. Something like cops playing as players would break the idea of roleplaying as criminal.

Not sure about announcement but ~~ 3 weeks before release (according to funmw2) they start messing around with the qabetas.

Duh, they're not updating qabeta for something that's already ingame. The Youga is coming next week with the tunable update.

Wasn't it obvious they would release something around early to mid December? When else did you expect the next update to drop? Surely they wouldn't release Christmas content without something bundled together and surely they wouldn't end the year without a bang.

Remember.. it is rockstar we are dealing with here. Their way of thinking sometimes defies all logic.

Either way that's when the update is most likely to drop. I don't think they've ever released a large update in January. Holiday season = shark card sales $$$$

Isn't that the whole point of GTA? Being a crook. An undercover Cop DLC would just be the thing everyone would want.

And it would be damn easy to implement. Everything is there: uniform, stungun, vehicles, animations. The only stuff that would need work are the cop missions/freemodemissions, unblacklisting the cop vehicles and a website to buy them.

We won't be allowed to purchase the cop stuff. But using the vehicles and uniforms in freeroam missions could be possible. After purchasing an incredible expensive hideout (irish pub/ italian restaurant) and whatsoever unknown businesses (shops/ bars). Even escorting criminals or getting hired from vips/ceo/mc would be an option. Speaking of escort, as mentioned pages before (dunno who it was) the businesses from the old stuff could/ should come back. Import/Export, hookers and so on. There are lot of options and it will not end so fast anyway. R* may miss opportunities from time to time but they keep it running and are still working on it (of course - the money, i know). But they hotfix little things everyday (or atleast they try)whilst fighting cheaters, modders, casualplayers... Anyway sharkcard offer week 48?!

They are blacklisted. And then look how they handle the lost slamvan and the duke of death. The duffelbag. Just speculation anyway. But i am pretty sure somewhere at r* people have fun with this kind of teasing (trolling). It would make more sense to make new special ops/ swat uniforms and vehicles (securoserve mk II) for purchasing. But the ones that are already in the game? Nope, i don't think so. But i am curious what the next update brings. And in the meanwhile i am waiting for the mystery machine.
