Because it was an announcement about Biker DLC which was not available yet at this time.

But they had already blatantly announced the biker dlc, why would they be so mysterious about it, if it was part of bikers?

They clearly made a whole post about bikers then followed it up with "ANOTHER opportunity", meaning NOT the Biker DLC.

Some little hints that suggest that the "high-level, high risk vehicle based business ventures" are coming after the Bikers update.

I take all paragraph in French version and it's still telling something about futur update vehicule based business.

 

Let's see :

For those don't understand let me explain :

"Et même si des clubs de motards loyaux se battront contre des PDG"

 

This first part says :

"Even if bikers club will fight against CEO"

 

Then :

"vous aurez toujours la possibilité d'imposer votre propre style"

 

This says :

"You will still have the opportunity to make it in your own style"

 

And the last sentence :

"Guettez les affaires risquées à base de véhicules qui vont bientôt fleurir à Los Santos et à Blaine County."

 

This says :

"Keep an eye on risky vehicules based business that will come SOON in LS and Blaine County"

 

The way I read it, it's clearly :

 

"Even if we add bikers and CEO stuffs, wait for next update coming soon that vehicule based business"

 

 

So, even in French it's the same that in English.

Just to switch the topic: Rockstar has changed their design for the Community Support page. And it looks horrible, yaaay!

 

Also, now that the Sanctus is gone from the webshop, people have "suddenly lost" their Sanctus, and demands to get it back. Hm, funny that no one cared for it when it came out, but now that it's gone, people are desperately trying to get Rockstar Support to give them one for free.

 

It surely gives it a "value" when it's a limited edition bike, but man, are they dumb enough to think that Rockstar won't go through their transactions and see that they didn't purchase the Sanctus in the first place... ?

Hmm, wonder if they'll bring the Skylift back (I say back but its already in the game, and locked behind a mission just like in TBoGT) for the next update. Should make for a great alternative to the Cargobob. I can see some "pick up" missions utilize that electromagnet quite well (example, lifting a vehicle-container from a ship in the ocean? Stealing a vintage Grotti off of a Yacht? Who knows...)

This. I purchased the bike for both characters and sold one. The shirt is still there. Funny enough it's the first time i don't have the option to buy it again (i don't need it for both anyway). This is not about "Is it the last update?" but more about "did Rockstar teases us with a little hint on what will be next?"

Exactly what I was going to say. For the naysayers who think we aren't getting a vehicle import/export DLC of some type, remember, "gb_vehicle_export" isn't currently used and was discovered in July with the other four gb_biker scripts along with the mp_personal_mod_garage script.

 

Like he said, "Bikers and More..."

 

In that same article, they explain the drug business side and even provided a screenshot or two, so why would they be redundantly cryptic about something they just explained?

 

Even Yan2295 confirmed some kind of 'high level, high risk' import/export mode is coming in December. Yan seems to be right most of the time, except about free updates to GTA Online ending in April of '17. Not buying that one, but that's my opinion. Rockstar may have planned it that way originally but I think their minds were changed due to the major success of GTA Online. And now, according to Yan, there's a possibility of a story-mode DLC being added after RDR2 releases.

That'd be crazy. But hey, if it's the case I'll take it. Having a spare property slot lets me pretend I already own an Import/Export business.

I do not know. But I do know we just got a 6th garage not very long ago, and that makes the odds a bit worse for another one so soon.

 

It would make sense to have a big warehouse to store vehicles if we're getting an import/export update, like we did we the clubhouse to store bikes for the biker DLC.

Maybe a bit more brutally priced this time however.

Would be about time. Pegasus has their own dedicated hanger that is unused in freeroam. At one point, I think it was actually closed off.
