Biker DLC and ceo-type format was confirmed with the scripts. It's obvious on the face of it there'd be clubhouses.

Finally the DLC I've been waiting for in three years time is coming! After this is released, I don't care if they ever put out any more DLC:s. This is the big one.

 

Edit: Though I would like them to reintroduce Liberty City to us down the line, as well.
