Well as long as nobody finds data about an ingame purchase site for the lost slamvan, its pretty unlikely.

Do you guys think we can expect more than Halloween and Christmas DLC? I don't mean this year, but do you think we'll get new DLC's in January or February? Game is 3 years old now.

It made $711m in a year on shark cards, they aren't just going to ignore that revenue stream - and in order to keep it going they understand they need to keep people playing , which means adding new content. They are slowly working through wishlist items - lowriders were a common request, having gangs with clubhouses was another, owning businesses was another...

 

Not only is the income justifying continual upgrades on GTA its probably funding whatever R* want to do next - RDR, GTA6 or whatever.

 

We know there will be at least one more update relatively soon, as R* mentioned a high end car trading business in the biker update announcement. My guess is that will be in the first couple of months of 2017. I suppose it could come before Christmas (a little like E&OE last year) but I think they will want to milk the biker stuff for a while - so once all the new vehicles are available I reckon we can expect a few sales / double money/RP which can occupy the time up until the usual Christmas release.

 

I wonder if the issue with the slamvan is it isn't complete in some way - there was a bug a while ago with one of the insurgent models where the rear floor of the vehicle wasn't modelled properly and characters fell through it. Could be something like that for the slamvan?

I dunno. There was a top and pants as well, as seen in dragoon's leak, but these never made it in the DLC release - only the helmet did for male characters. It would be restorable, though, if he would have actually bothered to release the files after the DLC dropped.

Thats also used as one of the targets for a ceo crate buy mission, it's showcased in the FAFF trailer if you want see the outfit in the mission.

I don't think it would be unreasonable to think they may release another small update. Of course they haven't did that in the past sure. I also think it's entirely possible for people to not know everything that is in the files.

 

But you are probably right, no Slamvan, no costumes, etc.

Edit: I think we'll get the Vortex, Daemon2 and the Esskey this tuesday.

 

Next tuesday? Probably the Shotaro (with the DeadLine adv m.), Raptor and the Youga Classic.

 

And for Halloween? Yeeeeah, Sanctus and the Tornado Rat Rod.

 

Those are my guesses.

 

 

While I'm on the topic, I can confirm that none of these cars have the Turbo Hissing Sound, if Turbo gets fitted on them. Hurray!

I just noticed that by keeping to press the "get inside the vehicle" key you automatically enter as a rear-seat passenger in ANY chopper. When was this feature added? I'm pretty sure that some months ago you could only do this on a turreted or luxury vehicle.

Tuners would be more than awesome . it could challenge "cunning Stunts" for the "best DLC ever" title , imo !

and yeah , you can also sell the stock cars that we got in the CS DLC too ... nice one!

and about the upcoming Raptor: i really hope that it would be counted as a "bike" and not a car , as I´m consider bying it and I don t have any car space for it !

The lowering your car method, a.k.a. "stance" was not a glitch it was an effect on cars where if you kept shooting at them the suspension got all jacked up. It was patched out because of cheaters who used it as an advantage for racing but Rockstar responded to the stance issue promising they'd figure out a way to add stancing in the next update. Unfortunately I don't think we're getting everything by the end of the month/ early November. I have a feeling the rest of the content will be spread out between October and November. It could be similar to last year:

October 29th - Halloween Surprise

December 15th - Executives and Other Criminals Update

December 21st - Festive Surprise 2015

 

2016:

October 4th - Bikers Update

October 28th - Halloween Surprise 2016

November 8th - Kill Quota AM

November 22nd - Deadline AM

December ?? - ??? Update (Vehicle Based Business Ventures)

December 20th - Festive Surprise 2016

 

The non Halloween Surprise 2016 vehicles and clothing will likely be trickled out between now and the end of the November. I highly doubt they'll release more than two of the non Halloween Surprise 2016 vehicles at once.

Yeah, they keep including more and more hidden vehicles in updates to fill the gap between DLCs. Lowriders 2 and F&F had 3 hidden vehicles. Cunning Stunts had 6 hidden vehicles (5 new and one stock car), This DLC has 8 hidden vehicles and 3 adversary modes that they could release. It would be nice if we got the vehicles all in October but like you said there's just too many content.

I was thinking tuners might be next but only because someone said that the Cunning Stunts bikes were foreshadowing the Bikers DLC so maybe the youga classis is foreshadowing the tuners?

 

I'm having trouble understanding how the youga classic is a tuner in any sense of the word
