universetwisters
...isn't ingame. BUT it's based on a 1984 Mercury Gran Marquis!?!?!??!!? Just LOOK at that boxy shape and the chrome bits on the tailights. This would've been a MUCH NICER car than that dumbass Washington Ivan1997GTA, Femme Fatale, Honker1944 and 5 others

Willy A. Jeep
Not all too surprising. Rockstar likes to use real-life references in their artwork, even if no analogues appear in-game. Here's a Vice City promo with a Cadillac Brougham-looking car, even though no such car appears in-game. The Coconut Kid
Nice find @universetwisters. Pity it isn't in the game, the car would have made a good option to the Greenwood. It could have been the FBI car instead of the Washington at least... it looks like an upscale model of the cop cars. They used a Gran Marquis (a red one) in the famous chase from the movie To Live and Die in L.A, which I think also came out the same year VCS is set in. @Willy A. Jeep I have been looking for that promo for years... thanks for posting it! universetwisters, Ivan1997GTA and Willy A. Jeep

I suggest you do it on ALL stairs present in the R* offices, and also destroy their elevators in some way. This way, you'll be taking revenge on them for not putting that car in, LOL. Ash_735
According to Stephen Bliss on this, he would rarely see vehicles from the game, instead he'd be given general ideas of vehicle types and he'd use real life ones in the art but try to make them as generic as possible, it's why the Infernus art doesn't look like an Infernus at all but an actual Lamborghini.
