First get in the police uniform, then go and visit him for his first mission. You will be dressed as a Cop and he will say "you don't look like the law". He says it anyway but its more fun like this. Or Dress up in the Cuban Havana clothing and visit Umberto. He'll say that you dress like a girly man even though thats how his gang dresses. Its kinda stupid but I find it amisung.
