Trouble seeing NPC enemies on screen

Wondering if this is intentional, is it has to do with possibly 2013-era draw distance, and/or if the game considers 3rd-person camera “looking” into areas the player can’t see to be unfair so there are actually invisible enemies?

 

or sometimes does the game “spawn” but not render an NOC combatant, whether deliberately or just by mistake?

 

the “spawned” enemies in this game on any supply/sale/steal/etc activity is every bit as lame and unfair as Far Cry 4.  It makes me mad; those thugs in Karumas teleporting across a busy four-lane highway (sometimes in disgust I look through rear-view mirror to see what the game thinks is fair).

 

(btw, my last paragraph is a rant; I can usually see enemy cars ok).

 

if I purchase a cargobob, can I use it for any job where you have to drive a supply vehicle?  (Such as purchasing special cargo that is physically the whole stupid utility van)???

Here in deepest, darkest PS3 territory, the only NPCs that can shoot me without being seen are usually behind bushes or fences. Could this explain what you've encountered? 

 

When in cover, I have no trouble seeing NPCs my character can't by looking around corners in 3rd person view. 

 

On what platform are you playing,  OP?
