Unlocking Research

Yes I know I am about 2 years behind the research unlocking but I have a question, I only have a few more items to unlock six items to be exact.

 

How many items will I be able to unlock with full supply if I just leave the game running overnight? Will full supply be enough to unlock them all? How long does one unlock take? Earlier while I stepped away for roughly an hour and half it seemed that only about 30-35% of the research had been done and I have my staff set to Research Only

 

I've just been fast tracking the other items over the last few hours but don't feel like babysitting it any longer
