Biker Drug Dealer found at San Fierro after "Wear Flowers in Your Hair" [STEAM]

As i travel around CJ's gas station, I suddenly find a biker drug dealer. It isn't at the beginning of the game whatsoever

 

 

Can I ask if this is normal?

I have seen him around the General Hospitial in Los Santos, early in the game.

What version of SA do you have? PS2, Xbox, PC etc... By any chance might have you traveld by aircraft before or after the mission? Implying you have PS2v1 or PCv1. Mabye somehow activated a small portion of extra gang territory around the maps. But if you don't have any color gang turf then it may be something else.

 

I can tell you something else though, that drug dealer appearing is a bit odd. If not strange. He's not scripted to spawn anywhere near after the early events of SA when CRASH dumps CJ in LS in Ballas truf. Same goes with the extremely rare hispanic drug dealer who has that typical cholo appearance of the early 90's. 

 

The part about asking for the extra gang territory is because after it's done on the original PS2 version and possibly on PC you'll unlock plenty of extra gang turf in all three cities causing both the biker and hispanic dealer to spawn more frequently. As in my case on the PS2 version. My game has all the glitched turf around the three cities. But in your case it's rare if you don't have any glitches on your game or mabye even a couple of mods installed.

Once I had the Vagos spawning in LV, on the street in front of Dirt track/Kickstart hall. It was a group of 3 of them. They were chilling arround just like they do in Los Santos. When I approached them, they started with typical "Hey puto, where you from?" , "Go back to Willowfield, esse" stuff.

It happened only once in over 10 years of my playing of SA. I can't recall if I took off from LS airport (which for most part of the game is an area controlled by the Vagos) and just crashlanded there so that made them spawn, but I don't think it was the case.

But I never ever in my life got the Rifa drug dealer to spawn in my gameplay, never ever. And the biker dealer spawned many times, but always in LS gang areas and at the very beginning of the game.

 

And yes, I had wierd stuff spawning by taking off from somewhere (and I don't mean only from the airports or the V.Meadows, because I like to travel by plane, land in some city area and take off again, that's how I practice landing and taking off skills), and would get stuff like LV cop or LV prostitutes spawning in LS, the countryside peds spawning in Paradiso in SF etc. But still it doesn't explain the appearance of a biker dealer in SF in the middle of the game.

Anyways, what I find weird in my game is, after I load the game, right upon getting out of a safehouse,  somtimes I see LS cops in both SF and LV (and I don't mean that I was playing in LS, got busted or wasted and then loaded again. No, I mean they (LS cops) just spawn, even if I just entered the game by 2 mouse clicks on the desktop icon and playing completely new play). And it's like that for first 30-40 secs, so it's usually not just one of them appearing, but 2-3 before it finally "switches" to SF or LV cops, depending on which city I'm in. I'm currently at 96% of the game, and it has been happening throughout the entire gameplay since I left LS. But I think the cause might be my computer, as it's very strong and new, while the game is from 2004, I've seen some other similar stuff during playing (like the doors of some safehouses being opened instead of closed all the time, like CJ spanwing in the opposite direction (facing the safehouse) after I exit the safehouse etc) that makes me think it's happening because of the computer

I play on the steam version. Also, the save i used was downloaded. It might have been modded and the hispanic dealer I do not know how to spawn in.

In the PC's veriosn files their is a BIKDEALER ped - the Biker style Dealer - although I have in all my years playing, only seen them a few times, barely more times than finding rocking horse poop. As far as I can workout from normal texted (non-game encoded language) I cannot tell if that specif dealer has a low chance of spawning and have not yet specifically spotted 'him' within an .ini file - perhaps 'he' is a hard coded rarity dealer ped?

Myself am running a vanilla v2.00 PC version, still!! for some reason, I've not (tried to) degraded to install graphical mods yet.

In some instances yeah it is.

 

It's usually extremely rare to see, but sometimes it happens, and it can even happen multiple times, not just once. I had the rare Hispanic drug dealer spawn on a few occasions on my PC Steam version of SA (I know play on the DVD PC copy now though, and I have not seen any rare drug dealer spawns yet).

I saw Ballas spawn in San Fierro once, with no mods too. 

 

However I use the Save Editor now to put gangs in all 3 cities now.
