How do you get rid of body acne?

Since I created my character there have been spots all over their body, which I can only assume is acne... I thought it might be scarring or something so I tried showering and stuff but still it’s all still there... Cough up $100k and edit your character's appearance. I know there was an option to add skin blemishes as I added liver spots for my old man. Rockstar did helpfully give us permanent saggy old person skin upon transfer from last gen, so you can't get rid of it all, but those spots shouldn't be a problem.

Yup do what @whywontyoulisten said unless you're on PS3/360 then you're stuck with the character unless you've just started then remake the character or simply just be like any socially aware  human and put a shirt on him.
