rSlade
Hello, everyone. I'm having problems getting correct light placement during in-game day-night cycle on a hotel imported from original GTA Vice City. I've already adjusted smoothing groups, that solved a bunch of other issues, but not this specific one. Here is a couple of screenshots from in-game. 1. Here we can see that everything is good on the stairs. Spoiler 2. But at the same time for some reason Niko's shadow is not being projected on the floor. Spoiler 3. After some time spent in-game, it appears for a certain period of time. Spoiler 4. The same happens for certain wall surfaces at a certain time period for each of those. Spoiler 5. ... and vice versa. Spoiler 6. And, as a pleasant bonus, another weird glitch that I was not able to fix. Any ideas how to remove it, gentlemen (and possibly ladies, dunno)? Spoiler Another observation that may help identify the issue. I've noticed that shadows in 3DS Max viewport are being applied some way similar to Niko's shadow problem. Here are screens that demonstrate that. Pay attention to the shadow on the wall. Spoiler Hope I was clear enough. Looking forward for your assistance, guys. Thanks in advance.
