So, my “last straw” of patience just happened this evening with a grieved who killed me 43 times (ok, stop and think about that).  I Halle Ed to be in the middle of a timed Paige Bank Robber mission do couldn’t go passive.

finally I invoked Ghost organization, went behind a fancy house wedged up agai st a mountain, threw mines and the person finally left.

first time I combitorially kicked, reported, AND blocked someone.  The latter was a first; the first time I blocked a PSN username.  Hope I never see that person online ever again.

Anyway, a medium upgraded insurgent regular couldn’t tolerate his non-stop missiles, and he just flew his flying

g bike to ola es to snipe me.  Before I could even pull up phone to call for a vehicle he downed me repeatedly.

you know, Rockstar is riding the line with griefers; when they blow up your sell orders it might compel some to buy Shark Cards, but when griefers prevent you from playing, they compel you to quit.

the Oppressor bike needs to go, and/or there needs to be a defensive vehicle that is immune to its rockets.

or the gane needs a projectile fantasy weopon that shoots gaseous sugar or, alternatively, tritinitroethane into oppressors intake to explode the stupid azz flying fanny back kill machine.

the Opressor MKII is a game-breaker and fun-breaker.

id actually pay Rockstar $50 for a vehicle that obliterates Opressor MKII and/or redirects it’s missiles back at them.

this only thing that makes game suck.  I wish I could post this persons username because he is a scumbag.

The terrorbyte can take like 34 oppressor missiles or something like that. The nightshark and Insurgent custom pickup both seem to take as many missiles as the oppressor can deliver without blowing up. The MOC cab is great, I laugh as they empty all their missiles on it and then fly away.

I would grind my ass off and pay $25 million to have a vehicle that looks like an ordinary blip on the map, but insta-kills anyone who fires a missile or any explosive at you. Some bastard brings an OP MKII to come after you? Instant regret.

Deluxo? Scramjet? Stromberg? Hydra/Lazer? Khanjali? Dead before they can even realize what you're driving.

I absolutely hate how there's so many vehicles that have extreme homing missiles. Everything but the AA-Trailer and Chernobog should be stuck with standard homing missiles or worse.

When dealing with snipers that hop roof to roof or even in the mountains thermal goggles and rpg/heavy sniper are what you want, no npc's are on rooftops or mountains this will make them stand out like a sore thumb. The new oppressor is difficult to deal with on foot if they are good, try to get cover and make them get within auto aim distance, im sure a ghosted stromberg would hit them good too.

Alright.  Yeah, I play a ton right now (I do seasonal work), but sub-100 lvl, and figuring out how to get cash the grindy way, but every time I window shop at Warstock still don’t know what to do.

I’ll admit I bought Shark Cards (plural, but actually only 3).  But anyway I invested in the Khanjali tank and upgraded it and am VERY disappointed.  Even with the 2-tier armor upgrade I’m entitled to at my level, I’ve been one-hitter by Hydras and Oppressor MKIIs, and the tank cannon doesn’t lock nor auto-aim (both but esp the former of which makes hitting an aerial target impossible).  Honestly wish I could sell my tank back bc it has zero use for NPC or human MP enemies.

anyway, yeah my insurgent can take maybe 5-6 hits (max 10 tries with the cluster bomb sprays from oppressors), but that’s not enough when someone wants to get you.

i can deal with a botched supply/sale in a huge public lobby... ok fine the gane is what it is at least I know that may be coming...

but with a three-person lobby when I’m moving no goods and someone on their flying fanny pack lays seige to me 43 times in 10 minutes (only know bc of Paige’s bank robber timer), well... a whole lot of things need to be asked.

This post warms the heart.  Perhaps you should take time to search the forums and read the thousands of posts, that cover exactly what you're interested in, rather than creating threads and rambling on in incoherence. This isn't going to make you any better at the game or help you get straight answers from the jaded veterans here. Level 2 armor is what? Like level 40? My advice is slow down, don't buy anymore shark cards and don't make anymore threads for a week.

Oh and IBTL.

Oh and IBTL.

My advice to you is if someone asking a question on a forum upsets you, then that is your problem that you need to sort out internally.

you can’t tell the world to “shut up” because you are bored and perhaps know deep down in your subconscious that you’ve spent too much time here and maybe YOU are the one that needs a break from this forum, bud.

But I much appreciate the time you took to post, and wish you the best with your coping of internet-forum angst.  I think deep inside ourselves is hope and strength, and I think you can find it buddy.  You do, however, need to try hard to not get triggered over a new player asking a question on a website called “GTAForums.”

but it I think green tea, yoga, meditation, massages, and time in the sunshine might be a good start.  LOL, go visit the beach in Los Santos... oh wait.

OP: You can do Paige missions in Invite Only. Discussed in the Paige missions topic.

Yeah, but that means nothing if the OP MKII uses flares. The Vigilante's slow fire rate isn't enough to counter the flare spam.

OK, first things first, Here a important thing you and everybody else needs to know:

THE OPPRESSOR MK2 IS ESSENTIALLY INVULNERABLE WHILE DOING THE SPEED GLITCH.

I'll explain: With the speed glitch, the bike breaks all forms of lock-on while still maintaining their ability to lock into you and flying past the 150 MPH mark, they will also be impossible to hit with a sniper rifle so don't even bother to waste your ammo on it.

If you have a dick rider(nickname I made for them...I'm not very creative) chasing you while abusing that glitch, call in a Fully upgraded MOC and use it to drive around, it can withstand 69 Oppressor missiles, it can effectively tank all their missiles without harming you, don't bother fighting back, just do what you're supposed to do then go passive and vote kick the asshole since he's abusing the glitch anyway.

Now, if the dick rider is not using the glitch:

Get a Stromberg, their lockon range is longer than your's so you will have to bait them in your lockon while avoiding their missiles, the Stromberg can handle 6 missiles of them.

Fully Loaded Ruiner 2000 is also interesting, but it's not available all the times and the dick rider will eventually know better and not engage you until your time with the Ruiner runs out.

I have way more than enough money for one, but for some reason I can never justify the $4 or $5 million for the Ruiner. I should probably just do it as I absolutely loathe the MKII and would love to troll them back.

It's worth it, not the regular version but the vip work fully loaded gives you one that can not be locked on by any missile, has unlimited missiles better than the deluxo, and tanks about 30 rockets.

The Wandering Hunter

stromberg, unless they realise that they outrange it, then your f*cked

a laser attacking from above is also good (a long fight as they're tiny, and your lock on missiles are useless, but so are theirs against a laser)

ive had some success attacking with a chaff hunter with a gunner but really the mk2 is too unpredictable (whereas the mk1 and deluxo are very predictable)

btw you can farm terrobyte and ceo in invite only

or use mtu if you want to do a bunker sale etc

The pyro, rogue, laser, and even the hydra can avoid all mk2 and deluxo missiles just flying in circles (don't use R1 or L1 to turn your not trying to make the sharpest turn here and don't gain altitude).

I would have done this but neither passive mode nor find new session was allowed as I had a Paige bank robber mission open.

sure, I could have exited the game but the load times make that prohibitive.

As I said, Fully Loaded Ruiner 2000 can only be used on its VIP mission,  and after the first kills they will wise up to the tactic and either engage you on foot or not engage you at all, so proceed with caution with it...And I recommend you to unlock the trade price and wait for another discount, the car definitely is NOT WORTH for 5 millions.

It's not a practical or viable counter in situations where you can't start the VIP to get it, so you have to keep that in mind as well.

I'll hazard a guess: by playing against people who are better at the game than I am I usually learn new tricks.

Also, the Ruiner has a big ass blip that will signify other players that you're in a VIP Ruiner, and the car is heavy as f*ck and difficult to drive, with big ass windows that are not bulletproof or bulletresistant.

Yeah, I kinda realized most of that, but thanks for the info! I think that's why I haven't pulled the trigger - $5 million for a vehicle that'll take out an MKII rider maybe two or three times before they catch on. Might as well just stick to my MKII or fighting on foot.

A lot of people never get it, I have had some repeatedly fly at me in their mk2 over 15+ times, many people think its a deluxo regardless of the big blimp, many people on the mk2 are apparently new to griefing.

The only advice I can give is to stop buying Shark Cards. Yes, they enable you to buy expensive toys in game, but they do not buy you the experience, the tactics, or the strength (point made on level 2 armour) to go with it.

Experience would teach you right away that a slow, huge-target tank, even when fully maxed out, is no match against an Oppressor MKII.

Play the game, save your money (real world and GTa$), rank up to minimum 120, invest in businesses to make more money and only then once you have got to the point you can make money in-game with ease, should you start spending in-game money on the more powerful weaponised vehicles. At this point, you will have the knowledge and experience to try and effectively fight back.

I think this is the fifth time I have said this but oh well...

If you play in Public Sessions you cannot complain about getting killed. Griefed or your Cargo destroyed. Would you repeatedly walk through a bad neighbourhood covered in expensive jewellery and then cry every-time you get robbed and beaten up? Yes, its not your fault but the easier suggestion is not to go into the bad area repeatedly. Have it happen once then you are the victim but if you keep going back then you have no-one else to blame but yourself

Ridiculous, what you're essentially suggesting to OP is playing AGAINST the game design just so you can progress, youre turning a multiplayer game into a single player game and tha just reveals a even bigger problem, you would have a point in your argument if free roam was fair and balanced, but it isn't.

You just can't blame the victim for walking in a shady neighborhood and be robbed when the authorities meant to look after the victim and the neighborhood are not doing their job to prevent it, you can't complain about the victim complaining either as you're just missing the entire point of the problem in the first place.

Now, coming back to game, let me just make my point clear:

Yesterday I tried to help some folks selling MC products in trash trucks on LS, then a single dick-rider came and blow up one of the vehicles, how? HIS MK2 COULD LOCK ON THE SALE TRUCKS! Luckily I knew he was coming for me and stepped out of it and ambushed him.

If there wasn't two others players angry with him and helping with the sale, I would have NEVER managed to sell a single product.

Now tell me, do you think it's fair game for a Trash Truck to try to evade a MK2 flying dildo? Or what about a Post OP Van running away from a jet with infinite explosive rounds?

The game is f*cking unbalanced as hell, R* has known this for years because we are constantly complaining about it, yet they do nothing but make things harder for those who want to progress. So OP is free to complain about it.

@Pedinhuh

Yes but the citizens know the Police are sh*t and corrupt and wont help and yet they still walk in the shady area?

When the Police are actively arming the Gangs and make no secret of it why would anyone walk through Gang infested areas when you can just as easily walk around them and not get stabbed?
