Anyone still getting the micro freezes every ~2 minutes

I'm trying to figure out the cause of the micro freezes that some people suffer in GTAO, myself included. The game freezes for about 1 second every 2 minutes, but it's not a perfect science and can vary. If you still get them, what motherboard/processor chipset are you using? as there may be a pattern.

Does the same happen when playing on your own, in GTA Online? 

Your computer isn't throttling at all is it (from CPU or GPU overheating)?

its not hardware problem, seems to be online loading sth and having hickups, because story mode with heavy game play it doesnt happen
