Tabasco Logo Request

Hi, I have a graphics request. 

 

Can I have the tabasco logo but instead of tabasco, it says Blitz. Instead of pepper sauce; 356 moscow ln, instead of the top text saying Mc.Ilhenny Co: University of Virginia, and instead of Brand: Since 2013. 

 

I realize this is somewhat of an odd request, but I would be greatly appreciative. Moreover I would be interested in acquiring the .psd file of it as well. I would do it myself but don't really have the time.
