What i think happens to each member by the end

Micah Bell = Gets killed by Dutch.

 

Hosea Matthews = Dies after taking a bullet for Dutch.

 

Pearson = Dies off-screen. 

 

Sean MacGuire = Jail.

 

Karen Jones = Dies after a bank job goes wrong.

 

Lenny Summers = Leaves with Tilly.

 

Molly O'Shea = Killed by Dutch after thinking she was gonna turn on the gang.

 

Arthur Morgan = Killed by John in New Austin.

 

Sadie Adler = Becomes a informant after learning Dutch and the gang killed her husband.

 

Charles Smith = Hanged.

 

Josiah Trelawny = Jail.

 

Mary-Beth Gaskill = On the run after stealing money from the gang.

 

Susan Grimshaw = Dies from a disease.

Karen Jones = Runs to Mexico and gets eaten by a donkey

 

Lenny Summers = Death by snowball

 

Molly O'Shea = Jail, as a volunteer

 

Arthur Morgan = He never existed. He was an alter-ego of John Marston, implanted in his brain by the Pinkerton's in an experiment gone awry

 

Sadie Adler = Dies of childbirth, but is resurrected as a zombie and lives a happy life eating human brains

 

Charles Smith = Death by clowns

 

Josiah Trelawny = Invested in Bitcoin, now extremely rich

 

Mary-Beth Gaskill = Killed by her husbands fart. Kind of ironic, given her last name

 

Susan Grimshaw = Becomes a witch and achieves immortality

I don't think dutch will kill anyone his own side. Marston wouldn't be so hesitant to kill him in the first one if he killed his friends. He also says he'd rather kill Edgar Ross then Dutch in the first game, I don't see him saying that if Dutch killed any of his friends. I'm definitely not buying the adler story.

So basically Arthur Morgan is Leo Kasper from manhunt 2? I think Susan is already a witch, that is canon.

John is a normal sized man. You don't need to be a giant dude to pick up a 150 lb deer (average size) or a small gator.

 

John picks up fat ass people that are 100 lbs more than that in RDR1 lol.

I don't know given that you can upgrade the camp i just don't see those upgrades going away after the ending. So I still believe that the gang splits after John leaves with Arthur leading one half and Dutch leading the other. When the game is over you will be able to keep Arthur's new gang and the old upgrades from the original gang.

Maybe it'll have you at your last camp before the game ended with all your companions there. Some open world games have done this where they imply the post credits is set just before the games ending.

I guess they could do that, but I think giving arthurs his own gang while staying in the "canon" is more interesting in my opinion. So i'm still sticking with my theory.
