Does anyone noticed about 10/21/18? when you pre ordered Ultimate Edtion

So I pre ordered Ultimate Edtion on PS4

and then I see auto-download and it labeled as 10/21/18? On PS4 Library

 

Is this something to be early release?

 

Either way RockStar may have put wrong date?

That means it will install the game before you can be able to play on the 25th or 26th depending where you are living.

My pre-load date isn't until 24th, two days before release (The PS4 default pre-downloading timing) 

 

I wonder why it's so early on your console.

I'm on PS4, same thing - says it will download 10/21, will be playable 10/25. I pre-ordered the standard edition.  

 

If Mexico not in the game, pre-order canceled.

Pre ordered the ultimate edition, but as a hard copy, as I wanted the physcial map and steelbook cover

 

So 26th for me.

As it seems that the game will be 105Gb at launch, I wouldn't be surprised if Playstation moved the pre-loading start date a few days earlier, to ensure that no matter how crappy their internet, everyone will have the game installed by 26th.

 

But tht doesn't explain why only some have the earlier date. I don't think the pre-loading actually takes internet speeds into account.

In my own experience of owning an Xbox One since day 1, and a PS4 since 2014. Xbox One pre loads start much much sooner than PS4. I've had games pre loaded 3 weeks in advance in the past. RDRII pre loads should be available in the next 2-3 weeks I'd guess.

Amazon says this.  Hopefully that's just a blanket statement and I'll get the code a few days early like the rest of you.

I've pre ordered the UE on PS4 and it still says to expect pre load to be available on October 24th.
