¿Is possible to edit websites URL?

I Want to know if is possible to change the url of the websites in the game, like warstock cache and carry, 

Because everytime i want to change the url it dissapears and i can't put something like a / because the keyboard doesn't have that, 

Surely nobody is gonna answer this because i don't know if you understand what i say..

Yeah it's possible - probably need to be on PC and edit one of the RPFs and then you have the issue of getting online with it. 

That method of putting in your own page number to access locked vehicles (as an example) seems to have been patched a while ago.

Actually im on PS3, but i think it's patched there too, well thank you for the help
