have you ever seen npcs do or talk about weird stuff?

today while i was driving around in my khanjali i stopped at a 24/7 and bought snacks and then i robbed it.

before i could get back in my tank i was killed by cops after i respawned, i seen a cop running past me screaming.

Yeah i remember irish.chr was summoned by some NPC that wanted to talk about that email.
