Oppressor MK 1 (With missiles) or MK 2 (Without missiles)

Been recently thinking I want to get an oppressor.

I have a MOC and facility, but not a nightclub and terrorbyte.

This means I would be able to add missiles to the oppressor MK 1, but not to the MK 2.

I'm also aware of the MK 2 speed glitch, and this would be a big factor in purchasing it. However, I do know it cant be customised without the terrorbyte

 

I will be purchasing a nightclub and terrorbyte eventually, but not in the close future.

What do you guys think its better? Are the missiles completely worth having the 'worse' bike? Or, I could just get a hydra xd

TL : DR

- Want either oppressor Mk 1 or mark 2. Won't be able to add missiles or customise the MK 2.

True even if you want to use it as a way of transportation, it's better to get a Thruster: will work witthout glitches and speed is more than decent, amazing thing for crates and some contact missions. 

 

My advice, hold your horses and get Mk 2 as soon as you can afford one + missiles, unless Mk 1 is seriously discounted, then it may be ok. Mk 1 is a significantly funnier vehicle to drive around, while Mk 2 requires almost no skill at all, but Mk 2 is much more effective. Don't ever get it without a trade price, it's a rip off of epic proportions, since you can get a Terrorbyte for 1.3 mil.

For your current situation I would say the MkI Oppressor but you must learn how to fly and control it or you will die alot and be put off it. It is a fantastic way to get around the map and much faster than the MkII (Speed Glitch aside)

If you are willing to put the time in then buy the Terrorbyte and upgrade the MkII but as @hei3enberg said you must get the discount as that will reimburse you a million making up for the TB or the MkII mods. Dont buy it full price if you cant upgrade it, ever.

I did some research, and the cos of the nightclub + terrorbyte + upgrades + oppressor (trade price) = Well over 6m. This isn't including the oppressor upgrades. Is it really worth spending that much rather than getting the oppressor MK 1? I only have about 3.5m right now.

Classical quality decision making is about alternatives and the choice between the options with limited resources. As you have stated, I suppose you don't own neither the club nor the Terrorbyte, but you want a flying bike. Considering that both the club (with 3 MC businesses, Office, Bunker and Warehouse) and the Terrobyte (when combining VIP work and client jobs) are very good money makers, you should really ask yourself, do you really want to get the Oppressor Mk 1 right now? There is absolutely no sense in spending 6+ mil on the Mk2, but on the way there you're getting a nice opportunities to earn more.

 

If you want to fly a bike right now, go for the Mk 1. But if you have at least 2 MC businesses, warehouse and a bunker, go for the club, the money is too good to miss in this case. If you have a targeted sale on the Mk 1, also go for it. Considering the general Mk1 vs Mk2 discussion, if you don't own any of them, right now Mk 2 is superior due to the speed glitch and the missiles are better. Mk 1 is much harder to control, but it's ridiculously fun to jump around. I have both and I like both.

I do have a cocaine lockup and gunrunning bunker. Would this make the nightclub worth purchasing?

Yes but making money with it would take a lot of time because you don't have many business that can be used to accrue goods to the nightclub, I speak from experience. 

 

Get meth and counterfeit cash lockups and a Hangar, these will make you money in no time on the nightclub, making the investment on the nightclub very much worthwhile.

I'll be purchasing the nightclub and other businesses, then saving for an oppressor MK 2 :)
