Crew Rank Issue

Okay, I've gone through the trouble of creating like 5 different tickets throughout the past month and there's still been no assistance.

 

My crew rank in-game shows that it's rank 7, while on social club it shows my rank as 13. On social club my crew rank goes up normally. However, in-game, it's stuck at rank 7. I've already tried clearing my cache, restarting the game and unlinking/relinking my PSN to my social club account.

 

Is there a solution for this or am I going to be stuck not being able to use my crew logo on my vehicles?

If you are in more than 1 crew, try leaving the others.

Players been having this same issue for years. Sometimes it will fix itself, sometimes you can try relinking your social club or leaving your other crews.

My friend just asked me the same thing. Hes rank like 800 but crew rank only 16. The sh*t is just broken.
