About a week ago I stumbled upon a Youtube video (and following that, the channel) that made my jaw drop and left me questioning everything I thought I knew about content creation.

I've been thinking a lot on how to approach about sharing it around here and I've been stuck because:

A) It's not really online related,

B) there are already at least two threads that I'm aware of in the online section about Youtube / videos;

 

 

 

 

and I don't feel very comfortable breaking forum rules.

 

BUT what I discovered left such a strong impression on me that I just can't hold it anymore.

Why here? Well it's the only section of the forums I know and visit, and I imagine I'm not the only one. So I just really hope this thread can be seen as legitimate because:

A) I want people (who have yet to see this) to get exposed to this amazing content,

B) I wish people would contribute other top-tier material so that those of us who were oblivious to such wonders existing (like myself) can get amazed and inspired.

 

I'm aware that there might be a section somewhere that this and similar content had been posted in, but the fact that my-dumbass-self didn't bother to explore these other sections, or go through all the pages of the threads in the online section, leads me to believe that many others never seen many gems that deserve to be seen and it keeps me restless and this is reason enough for me to make another video content thread. I apologize if this is not appropriate but if something is worth going out of line for this is it. I could post it in one of the threads but it would just get lost like most other things, between the mediocre, clickbait and meme content. And just the sheer amount of pages over time.

 

I'm sure this channel and other good channels are well known for a lot of people here already, but I for one do not own a Youtube account or any other social media and I keep out of most informational loops and don't follow anyone anywhere so upon discovering this all I wanted was for people to be amazed by good content that's all. I have no idea who is the creator of this channel, this is not for promotional purposes, although I do believe that anyone who puts this much effort into his content deserves much more recognition.

 

It's easy to assume that most people are aware of the truly wonderful content that pops up from time to time, and I'll take the risk of being the fool who's trying to expose people to something they knew all about long ago, but for what's inside, totally worth it.

 

Every video in this small channel is pure gold, and I feel like more people should know about it and watch it.

Again I apologize if this is out of place, but I just had to share it. Even if this gets locked after 10 minutes and 3 people would have seen it, I'll be satisfied.

 

Providing this thread can be a thing, please share content that you feel is gold too, regardless of how popular you think it is, some like myself are clueless

I don't know where this belongs or what prompted you to post in such a fashion... or even at all...

But those videos are dynamite. The HOTLINE video looked like real-life footage, except when the Insurgent came bashing through... that was SUPER real-life! 

Glad I watched, though again, I don't know much about how the thread should be managed.

Yeah that's some good stuff.  Guy has a good eye and imagination.  Hopefully he'll continue what he's doing and escape from crappy Machinima.
