Try this go into your documents and delete the Social Club folder than then try and restart the download from where it froze. Question, Do you have another PC that maybe you could attempt to download the game on and then transfer the file onto a USB/HDD and then transfer the files onto the computer you're having an issue with? Since it's the Social Club version of the game and not Steam you won't run into any "Not Installed" issues by transferring files, I actually keep my SC Version on an External HDD and than transfer the game files to my PC when I need too Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
