There's a forum called GTA V Mysteries and a user named k3ym4ster who seems to be quite active in the community. They recently created a post titled, "The Hidden Path Theory" on the forum, which is quite detailed. It includes the story, Devin Weston, stock markets, banks, gold, etc. and how it all plays a role in the mystery.
