Had something similar happen several times in a row a few nights ago.

Was doing the Humane Labs Hydra mission and while the Hydra was trying to taxi into the hangar and me and another player in our Lazers had just landed. The fourth person in his Lazer power dives straight into the ground at the end of the runway. obviously intentional.

During the Humane Labs finale the helicopter gunner bails out of the helicopter and doesn't open his chute. After the ground team is almost out of the tunnel for the pickup.

During the Prison Break finale, the pilot doesn't go to the airport but instead gets into the prison guard's car and rides to the stashed prison bus.

On the Humane Labs Valkrie mission while I'm in the pilot's seat and two others are aboard. The fourth player takes a car and drives away into the city only to be killed by the cops.

This sh*t doesn’t make sense anymore.

You can’t steal and store a expensive cars that spawn because they’re “too hot”, but in I/E you literally steal and store high end cars, spend $20,000 to remove the tracker/customize it, THEN deliver it to a buyer who keeps it.

like

what

and with the Tale of Us mission, you literally do a whole mission where you steal a Stafford, but after the mission is done it just disappears? LIKE WHAT

WHY CANT I JUST BRING IT TO MY I/E GARAGE AND KEEP IT OR SELL IT

WHY IS ROCKSTAR LIKE THIS

R* people are like this cos TakeTwo told them to be like this, is my guess. Either that or they're just geeky bungholes. What's the name of the game? Grand THEFT Auto. And what aren't you allowed to do? Grand theft of automobiles, that's what, LOL

Sorry, I just don't buy it.

They call you a lot right? Just like a nagging salesman, or just like these places that spam your real life cell phone.

It is 100% a role-playing function.

Also, the money is fake. It cost you nothing but time in-game. How is that "sh*tty Business Practices"?

You have got to be f*cking kidding me right now.

If it were a role playing function, then it wouldn't happen constantly, OR we could block their numbers from calling.

And the money is fake alright, But the idea here is that R* WANTS YOU TO SPEND FAKE MONEY ON THOSE VENTURES, and how can a new character with nothing more than 100k in the bank can buy all of these things? SHARK CARDS!

Seriously, it doesn't take a monkey with half a brain to cough up a block function on our character's phones with a update, or just don't make them call us anymore, like it currently happens with clubhouses.

(To anyone wondering, the game doesn't spam you to buy a clubhouse anymore and it has been like that for almost two years, I never got a phone call or spam mail from Malc or LJT to buy the clubhouses on my main character that doesn't have any)

So they can do that, but thing is that they just don't want to, because for them it's more important for us to waste millions on those things as soon as possible.

Stop shilling.

Got distracted, now I remember what I wanted to post.

Briefly checked out what was up earlier, and now NOTHING is on sale?

Seems it doesn't work like that this week. We now have a car based on a 1958 Rolls-Royce, which, apparently sells in the real world for only about 250K, unlike the GTA Online one...

Nothing is on sale because you are being (cattle-) prodded towards buying shark-cards :(  Anyway, why not splash out on a lead-balloon, oops, I mean: a blimp. Think of the endless nanoseconds of fun you could have by being explosively griefed.

Lol, yeah. I've recently seen GT sport added microtransactions to the game the other day. But at least we can hide that from view as an option to not have these displayed or even mentioned if we don't want. And of course, we're not nagged into buying cars. Easily implemented.

They use the splash screens well enough to inform us just what's on offer, lol. As a roleplayer myself, I certainly agree to the first calls/texts, of course, that's all good fun there. I'd even accept them persisting over the initial week or 2 of the DLC's arriving also if I knew they'll be stopping soon. But no, these aren't for a roleplayers benefit and to inform us, lol.

It's very clear, and you ain't wrong dude.

i know im just saying lol, it was more of a r* logic than b&m, we have a garage that’s only purpose is to steal & resell cars, and there’s so much wasted potential like with the stafford, where they could have added a couple lines of code instead of it just disappearing lol

These supremely idiotic buffoons think it's really cool to ruin everyone else's day.

The only friends they have are other supremely idiotic buffoons, the sad f*ckas.

It's difficult to form a really reliable heist crew :( Time-zones, people with no ethernet cable (ie, wi-fi drops...aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!), bah!

Good luck in future, Arrows to Athens :)

Thanks, TheUnknownBastich. Heists are an absolute nuisance to play with randumbs. They either leave for no reason, continually die over and over again, or troll the heist by destroying the objective. It's worse when they wait it out until the end right when we are about to approach the last destination. All that work and time gone down the drain, because some certified f*ckstein decided to blow up the objective just a second away from finishing the setup. They don't even care. I come in to try and help, but they f*ck me in the ass. I don't get it.

My question is: Why? How do they find any fun in this? How much time do these people really have on their hands?

Lol, think he was pissed about you blocking him at that start and got back at ya. You didn’t leave him much room to go to, and the road is wet. Braking won’t help and I don’t think he nudged you out on purpose.

No, it isn't to get you to spend your fake money.

It's simply a roleplayer function and a way to inform the playerbase.

If I leave the game for a few months I need to know (be told in-game by the game) that there are new properties to buy if I choose.

Is the only reason you're on this forum is to make awful excuses for R* bad game design and game breaking glitches? You make up some stupid excuse like RP to justify annoying phone call spamming, and you blame the player for not resetting their game when they encounter a game breaking glitch. SMH.....

OT: I'm glad that the Blimps are finally available in GTA:O, but why does it cost $850,000 for an extremely weak and slow vehicle that can be destroyed in 3 heavy sniper shots? Also, why can't i get to use my Atomic Blimp and Xero Blimp in GTA:O?

Well, f*ck. Had my first nightclub Mule sale with the Cargobob. The thing was so damn heavy it hit an island, came off and dumped in the water. I tried to switch sessions but it was too late. $640k gone. Ugh

Yeah, I hate the drive to Vespucci Beach or the damn waterway to get my Akula

That was the reason I haven't bought an Akula until now. After making my Savage a PV and seeing where it spawned the only time I actually called in a PV aircraft was when I was fighting other players and in a damaged Savage then I would just fly to the new one and alternate between my PV Savage and my Pegasus one. I bought an Akula the second I saw the glitch that allowed me to store it in my special vehicle warehouse and spawn it next to me.

I can't wait for a glitch that allows you to kill contacts as soon as that happens LJT is f*cked.

LJT is annoying the f*ck out of me. Your business has run out of supplies, 2 minutes later upgrade your equipment, 2 minutes later upgrade your equipment, 2 minutes later supplies, 2 minutes later equipment again for the 10th f*cking time in 10 minutes. If I want to upgrade my equipment or steal/buy supplies I will now F*CK OF AND LEAVE ME ALONE LJT. Even if I'm registered as a CEO and not registered as anything this a**hole keeps ringing me. I dread just turning my game on now because of him.

Dang got pulled a fast one, you win some and lose some, and I lost tonight.

I was in a small lobby, me and 3 randoms.    Seemed pretty peaceful.   2 guys was in a crew together, one wasn't doing anything and I was a CEO.   A Business Battle pop up so me and another guy go for the crates.   He gets the jump on me and gets the target car, and I generally play by "first come first serve".     So I let him go on and I fly up to my bunker, sale ready, and I make it no problem.

At this point I'm thinking this is a cool lobby, chill people, I may as well clear out my nightclub as well.     Unfortunately that didn't turn out so well, the crew of 2 that showed no hostility before all of sudden out of the blue turned violent and I end up getting destroyed by a Hydra after only one drop, so that's 200 grand gone.

Kinda surprised me, people are usually either hostile or friendly.    Don't usually run across people that's friendly for a hour then all of a sudden is like "I'm going to randomly decide to attack cargo out of the blue".    But oh well what can you do, had they attacked during my bunker run I would of left the session but they caught me on the nightclub run, so I was screwed there.      Luckily I like to run smaller sales, so I'm out only a few hours of product compared to a few days saving up a million.

Still I guess you never can be quite sure what a random will do.      Oh well.    I rolled the dice and came up short.

This makes me not want to do selling at all from my nightclubs. And who thought that giving Tony a “cut” was a good idea?! The dude did nothing while I drove around the map dropping sh!t off. Maybe I should just go back to selling Kangroo meat out of my van.

@DominusTaranis The Deluxo’s missiles have notoriously good missile tracking, so consider yourself ”beyond tilted” lol

I don’t have the data, but the files for it have been posted here before.

Deluxo's missiles are OP, I may be mistaken but they never miss. They wil do turns and turns until they find a good shot on the target.

You have my deepest empathy (not sarcasm, i promise you!) As soon as got chrome paint unlocked, i quit racing, lol. If you think about it, most people are idiots anyway, why should gamers statisically deviate?  It would be sweet if they did, but we live on a planet predominantly populated by poltroons.

My question is: Why? How do they find any fun in this? How much time do these people really have on their hands?

They do it simply because they are emotionally immature and are also sadly lacking in any character.

Lots of them are just kids with way  too much time on their hands.

Instead of doing their homework or participating in sports, they are shamelessly ego-jacking in public.

Eeewww!!

If it's any consolation, to you, Arrows, these feckas will eventually get banned, or at least chucked into a Bad Sports lobby and forced to wear a dunce-cap whilst suffering endless griefing from the other idiots that got chucked into the same Bad Sports lobby, LOOOOOOOOOL :D

They do the crap cos they feel crap about themselves. And pissing somebody off form the sanctity of their office-chair makes them feel tough, whereas, if they were face to face with you, they wouldn't dare say sh*t like: "I had yer mom".

When these little wankers say that particular insult, i reply: "Really??? You actually attempted sexual congress with an urn full of ashes??? Eeewww, you sick lil f*ck!!"

Then everyone else in the lobby types: "lol :)"

And, whoosh, as if by magic, the griefer is gone. Cos he left cos he made a dick of himself :D

Anyway, in their later life? When they've reached *physical maturity, they'll probably end-up in prison or junkies or something :D

*(i'm not gonna say "grown up", cos doze bastids is never gonna grow up, lol).

Arrows, find a heist crew. I'll help out, if you want. Pm me if you want, cos i don't use my screen name here (ie, you wouldn't find me in-game).

Nothing much you can do about the racing unless you can join a Crew that has a lot of decent, friendly people that you can race with.

Alternately, start your own racing-based Crew - anyone that does unsportsmanlike stuff can be warned.

If they keep doing that sh*t, then you kick them out of the crew (and Unfriend them so they can't follow you about and wreck your sessions).
