Just watch how R* will finish one of the other construction sites in the city

 

for real tho, I don’t think we’ll ever see the construction sites finished, literally all of them are featured in some sort of heist prep or setup mission, or business activity. They’d have to change all of those (which might not be a ton of work, but I don’t see them doing that)

not to mention for the MHC specifically the lore is that it's SUPPOSED to never be finished, it's a front to launder mob money and will forever be mired in contract and bureaucracy hell

If I have 2 bike loads, I never have any problem doing the 2nd one anyway.

 

 

Yep,fly in, identify the crown vic, blow it up then do a low altitude flyby of the drop off site to activate the sting. Once you get the phone call you're golden.

I get the impression from Tez's "something new, for a change" that it's meant to be 'new content' (i.e. a new update of some sort), rather than something like a backend tweak to existing content - that's just my read of it, though.
