Last year it was all at once, both the new modes and a Summer DLC teaser, so we could be getting something similar soon.

the amount of years where updates came in June/early July are equal to the number of years where updates came in late July/August, however, in the years where we were getting earlier summer updates there were three years where we got 2 summer updates, so technically MOST summer updates came in June/early July

there were 7 June/early July updates and only 4 late July/August updates

there were 4 June updates, 2014, 15, and 16 with Hipster, IGG, F&F, and Gunrunning

there were 3 EARLY July updates in 2014, 15, 16, and 17 with Independence Day Special (it's own update with properties the first year), IGG pt 2, and Cunning Stunts

there were 3 LATE July updates in 2018, 19, and 21 with After Hours, Diamond Casino, and Tuners

and there was only ONE August update with LSSS in 2020, Smuggler's Run was also August but it was late August and the last fall update

so I doubt we get another summer update in August, the only one was 2020 and that whole year has an asterisk next to it

it's most likely we get the update in July, hopefully early July like they normally drop, but it is even possible it will come in June, though I doubt it, let's just hope for early July rather than late July

Well they're giving an extra 100k for collecting 3 treasure chests or 200k to complete some collectibles

and 400200k for premium races that are ok on anything but pc

This argument has been used for 4 years in the speculation threads, and the summer DLCs ended up July releases or later. 3-4 years ago people were arguing there would be a spring DLC because we got them in the past. I guess it's worth discussing? But I'd rather expect a July DLC and be pleasantly surprised if it arrives in June.

coming to GTA Online, not coming to PC, console content already came to GTAO, console content will probably also come with it, this is probably the balance patch that was teased

I still think they're gonna do like the last 2 years and introduce some new adversary modes or new maps within existing stuff before the actual Summer DLC. The more exciting part is that the post announcing those could talk about the Summer DLC itself so we shall see.

Btw, were those adversary modes and new maps parts of past DLC or game actually got an update when Rockstar added them before Tuners DLC?

Honestly, I dig this. I love RWB Porsche's, I don't think the Hoonipigasus is RWB but still crazy wide fender flares. 

That aside, we really should get a normal classic Comet. So many people have asked for years, strange that R* haven't delivered.

 And GTA isn't a "Crime Simulator". Among other things, there is no serving time or any real consequences for the crimes you commit. GTA is an open world sandbox game with a focus on the criminal world. Calling it a "Crime Simulator" is akin to calling Mario Kart a "Racing Sim". 

Also, GTA has a long history with goofy/unrealistic weapons/vehicles. From the electro gun to jet packs to today.
